Definitions
- the present invention relates to a current measuring device for the proportional conversion of a primary current at the high voltage level into a reduced secondary current according to the induction principle.
- the current measuring device is preferably used for protection and measurement purposes.
- FIG. 1a Current measuring devices for alternating current are known in which the current to be measured flows through a winding and is transmitted to a second winding, via whose measuring devices connected to the winding a measurement of the current image takes place.
- the two windings are usually arranged concentrically on a closed iron core.
- Figures 1a and 1b show two examples of arrangements typically used in the prior art.
- a closed iron core with its secondary winding 1 is chained to the high-voltage winding 2.
- the core with secondary winding 3 and the high-voltage winding 4 are chained together.
- Typical of this concept is the fact that the iron core, carrying one of the two windings, encompasses the second winding - or if this consists of only one conductor, this conductor.
- the invention is based primarily on a new arrangement of the components used. It is defined in independent claim 1; preferred embodiments result from the dependent claims.
- the primary winding is arranged around the secondary winding with an elongated iron core at a distance which is available for introducing high-voltage insulation.
- the secondary winding and core are located in an earthed, electrically conductive tube in which the leads of the secondary winding are led to earth.
- the iron core is preferably dimensioned such that there is a reduction effect over its entire extent due to the leakage flux for the magnetic force flow in the core.
- the core with one winding 5 and the other winding 6 are structures which are completely separate from one another and do not encompass or overlap at any point.
- FIG. 3 shows an exemplary embodiment of a current measuring device according to the invention for the high-voltage region.
- the active part of the current transformer consists of a primary winding 7 made of a conductor material such as copper or aluminum, which is guided in one or more turns around an insulating body 10, and of a secondary winding 8 made of a conductor material such as copper, which as a coil with one of the desired Current ratio corresponding number of turns is pushed over a rod core 9 made of laminated ferromagnetic material such as grain-oriented silicon iron and is arranged together with this at the level of the primary winding in an electrically conductive, grounded tube 12, in which the leads of the secondary winding lead to earth.
- a primary winding 7 made of a conductor material such as copper or aluminum, which is guided in one or more turns around an insulating body 10
- a secondary winding 8 made of a conductor material such as copper, which as a coil with one of the desired Current ratio corresponding number of turns is pushed over a rod core 9 made
- the insulating body 10 is provided in a similar way to a high-voltage bushing with capacitive, conductive coatings for controlling the electrical field and, in the case of outdoor use, with screens made of a suitable material such as For example, porcelain or silicone rubber surround, wherein the upper end in the area of the active transducer part is formed on the outside as a high-voltage electrode and is closed at the top.
- This also allows the simultaneous combination of this inductive rod core current transformer with a capacitive voltage transformer by tapping (11) the voltage at one (12a) of the capacitive intermediate linings, which is directly opposite the tube 12.
- the conductive control pads and electrodes as well as the support tube are designed so that they do not form a short-circuit turn in the area of the active part of the current transformer.
- the compensation devices consisting of known inductive, capacitive and ohmic switching elements, which may be necessary to correct the translation and angular error, are arranged at the earthed end of the support tube.
- a saturation choke is connected in parallel.
- the active elements of the current or voltage converter are dimensioned in such a way that sufficient power is available for the trouble-free transmission of the measurement signals and the safe control of electronic protective relays and measuring devices.
- FIG. 4 shows how two (or possibly also several) of the devices described above can be connected together to form a (here two-stage) cascade.
- the two short-controlled parts 15 and 16 of the insulating body lie opposite one another.
- the medium voltage to earth or from is dissipated via the elongated parts 13 and 19 of the insulating body high voltage to be measured to medium potential.
- a coupling winding 17 ensures the magnetic coupling of the two wound rod cores.
- the upper cascade element is supplied via a current transformer 18 in the high-voltage line to be measured. This converter is firmly connected to the upper cascade element.
- the high voltage can be measured in a known manner by means of a resonance choke and intermediate converter via a measuring covering 20 which is brought out close to the earth.
- the various compensation elements and the elements for voltage measurement can be found in foot 14 of the cascade.
- FIG. 5 shows a diagram of a secondary circuit with separate relay connection 21 and measurement connection 22.
- the measurement connection 22 has a compensation circuit 23 for correcting the angular error.
- a choke 24 with an iron core, which bridges the measuring connection 22 and the compensation circuit 23, is dimensioned such that it saturates in the overcurrent range and thus relieves the burden on the secondary circuit.
- FIG. 6 shows the measurement connection 22 with its compensation circuit. This consists of a linear inductor 26 connected upstream of the measuring connection and an optical resistor 27, which is connected in parallel to the series connection of the measuring connection and inductance. The corresponding setting of the value of the ohmic resistance allows the desired correction of the angular error in both directions.
- capacitor 29 In order to keep the burden on the secondary circuit of the current transformer low, compensation is advantageously made for the angle error correction required inductance by a capacitor 29 according to FIG. 7.
- capacitor 29 and compensation circuit 23 with a load connection are short-circuited by a parallel-connected choke 30 with an iron core, which is dimensioned such that it saturates in this range. This effectively relieves the load on the secondary circuit when a short-circuit current is transmitted.
- the magnetic circuit is additionally influenced in the desired manner by attaching rods or sheets 31 made of magnetic materials radially outside the primary winding, which at the same time provides effective protection against external magnetic disturbances.
- the use of capacitively controlled high-voltage insulation offers the possibility to bring out a measuring surface near the earth and thus measure the voltage in a manner known per se via a resonance choke and a medium-voltage converter, so that a combined measuring device for current and voltage is provided.

Abstract
Description

- Fig. 8 zeigt die Anordnung zusätzlicher Elemente aus magnetischem Werkstoff;
