Zur Verbindung der beiden Teile ist ein Zentrierteil 14 vorgesehen, dessen Außenquerschnitt in Abmessungen und Form dem Innenquerschnitt der zu verbindenden Profilteile entspricht. An der Stelle der Bohrungen 13 weist auch das Zentrierteil 14 eine entsprechende Bohrung auf. Die Dicke d des Zentrierteiles ist ein wenig kleiner und höchstens gleich der Summe der Abstände der beiden Verbindungselemente 10 von den zugehörigen Stirnflächen. Auf dem inneren seitlichen Schenkel 9 ist eine am besten in Fig. 2b ersichtliche Führung 22 mittels eines Distanzbolzens 23 mit dem Profilteil fest verschraubt. Die Führung 22 weist eine Halterung 24 aus einem stegförmigen Mittelteil 25 und zwei einen im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt besitzende C -bzw. klammerförmige Abschnitte 28, 29 auf. Die Abschnitte 28, 29 sind mit ihren Längsseiten im wesentlichen parallel zu den Seitenwandungen 15, 16 ausgerichtet. Ihr innerer Querschnitt ist im wesentlichen gleich dem äußeren Querschnitt von aufzunehmenden Kettenführungsstangen 26, 27. Die seitlichen freien Enden 28', 29'der Abschnitte 28, 29 sind nach innen umgebogen. Die Kettenführungsstangen sind in die Profile der Abschnitte 28, 29 eingesetzt. Die Kettenführungsstangen weisen Längsschlitze auf, in denen die Endloskette 33 mit ihren Rollen 34 geführt ist. Die Kette weist in bekannter Weise Klammern zum Ergreifen einer durch die Maschine zu führenden Verpackungsmaterialbahn 35 auf.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (26, 27) jeweils ein Mittelteil (25) und an dessen beiden Seiten C - bzw. klammerförmige Abschnitte (28, 29), deren Innenquerschnitt dem Außenquerschnitt darin eingesetzter Kettenführungsstangen (26, 27) für Rollen (34) der Endlosketten (33), entspricht und einen mit dem Mittelteil (25) verbundenen, im wesentlichen C - bzw. klammerförmigen Abschnitt (30) mit die Gleitführungen im eingesetzten Zustand arretierenden Seitenabschnitten (31. 32) aufweisen.
