Claims (29)

  1. Vorrichtung zum auswechselbaren Verbinden von Zubehör mit einem eine tragende Fläche aufweisenden Bettgestell
    - mit wenigstens einem Schwenkzapfen (6), der in einem Stück mit einem ersten Bettbauteil (7) ausgebildet ist,
    - mit wenigstens einem Eingriffselement (9), das von einem zweiten Bauteil (10) des Bettes getragen wird und einen Sitz (8) für die Aufnahme des Schwenkzapfens (6) hat, um eine relative Drehung zwischen dem ersten Bauteil (7) und dem zweiten Bauteil (10) um eine vorgegebene Schwenkachse zu ermöglichen,
    - wobei der Schwenkzapfen (6) einen Querschnitt hat, in welchem minimale Gesamtabmessungen (d) und maximale Gesamtabmessungen (D) wenigstens identifiziert sind,
    - wobei der Sitz (8) ein im wesentlichen kreisförmiges Profil hat, dessen Durchmesser (D') im wesentlichen gleich den maximalen Abmessungen (D) unterbrochen durch eine Zugangsöffnung (14) ist, deren Breite zwischen den minimalen Abmessungen (d) und maximalen Abmessungen (D) des Querschnitts des Schwenkzapfens (6) liegt, und
    - wobei der Schwenkabschnitt und die Sitzform ein Einpassen des Schwenkzapfens (6) in den Sitz (8) durch die Zugangsöffnung (14) entsprechend einer vorgegebenen Ausrichtung und eine Winkeldrehung um seine eigene Achse ermöglichen, damit das erste Bauteil (7) mit dem zweiten Bauteil (10) entsprechend einem Winkel einer vorgegebenen Öffnung um die Schwenkachse schwenkbar in Eingriff steht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß die Vorrichtung einen Verbindungsarm (17) zwischen dem Schwenkzapfen (6) und einer Platte (18) aufweist, die zu einem Zubehör gehört, das in Bezug auf die Drehung des Schwenkzapfens in dem Sitz (8) verschwenkt wird,
    - wobei die Länge des Arms es der Oberfläche des Zubehörs ermöglicht, daß sie in der Höhe mit der verbleibenden tragenden Fläche des Betts in jeder Position in Übereinstimmung steht, die von dem Zubehör während seiner Schwenkbewegungen um einen Drehwinkel mit vorgegebener Breite erreicht wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bettgestell für das Ruhen eines Benutzers einen Federtragaufbau hat, wobei der Sitz (8) des zweiten Bettbauteils eine Position einnimmt, die niedriger liegt als die der Federtragebene und die sich in einem Abstand von der Federtragebene befindet, so daß der Drehung des Schwenkzapfens folgend ein einziger Tragaufbau gebildet wird, der einen Teil einer variablen einstellbaren Anordnung aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm und die Wände, welche die Sitzöffnung begrenzen, gegenseitig aneinanderstoßende Seitenflächen haben, die so ausgelegt sind, daß sie eine Hubende- oder Begrenzungseinrichtung für die Schwenkbewegungen des Zubehörs bilden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine erste Position des ersten Bauteils in dem Bettgestell aufweist, die ihrer radialen Einführung bezüglich des Sitzes (8) entspricht, wobei die erste Position die äußerste Endstellung bezüglich aller Positionen entsprechend den vielen unterschiedlichen Neigungen des ersten Bauteils bezüglich der horizontalen Ebene des zweiten Bauteils ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine erste Position des ersten Bauteils in dem Bettgestell entsprechend ihrer radialen Einführung bezüglich des Sitzes (8) sowie eine zweite und eine dritte Position des ersten Bauteils aufweist, das jeweils von der ersten Position in zwei Wege gedreht wird, so daß Hubende-Ausgestaltungen der Schwenkbewegungen des ersten Bauteils gebildet werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (14) in dem Sitz (8) nach oben gerichtet ist und daß der Winkel mit vorgegebener Breite zwischen der Einführposition des ersten Bauteils und der Hubendestellung des schwenkenden Zubehörs zwischen 90° und 40° liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm einen Winkel mit vorgegebener Breite mit der Platte (18) bildet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel zwischen dem Arm und der Platte zwischen 45° und 70° liegt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bauteil jede der geneigten Stellungen eines Druckmechanismus beibehält, wobei ein Ende dem Bettgestell zugeordnet und mit einer einstellbaren Verlängerung versehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugangsöffnung (14) im wesentlichen die gleiche Größe wie die minimalen Abmessungen (d) des Schwenkzapfens (6) hat.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugangsöffnung (14) nach oben gerichtet ist und daß die zentrale Achse (x-x) des Sitzes (8) sich im rechten Winkel zur horizontalen Basisfläche des zweiten Bauteils befindet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Schwenkzapfens (6) ein im wesentlichen kreisförmiges Profil hat, dessen Durchmesser im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser (D') des Sitzes (8) entspricht und durch wenigstens einen im wesentlichen geradlinigen Abschnitt (16a) unterbrochen ist, um die minimalen Abmessungen (d) zu bilden.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Schwenkzapfens (6) ein Paar von symmetrisch gegenüberliegenden, im wesentlichen geradlinigen Abschnitten (16a) aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkzapfen (6) an einem kreisförmigen Abschnitt (16b) seines Querschnittsprofils starr mit einer Verankerungsplatte (18) verbunden ist, die mit dem ersten Bauteil (7) verbunden ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen dem Schwenkzapfen (6) und der Verankerungsplatte (18) nahe an dem geradlinigen Abschnitt (16a) ausgeführt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkzapfen (6) in einem Stück mit einem Ende eines Verbindungsarms (17) ausgebildet ist, der sich schräg von der Verankerungsplatte (18) aus erstreckt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (17) und die Platte (18) einen spitzen Winkel bilden, dessen Öffnung im wesentlichen zwischen 50° und 60° liegt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bauteil (7) ein Zubehörelement und das zweite Bauteil (10) ein Bettgestell (2) sind.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Angriffselement (9) von einem Extrusionsabschnittsglied (10) getragen wird, das dem Bettgestell (2) quer zugeordnet ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zubehörelement aus einem einstellbaren Liegeendabschnitt (7) eines Federtragaufbaus (4) besteht, der ein Teil des Bettes ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Schwenkzapfens (6) ein im wesentlichen kreisförmiges Profil hat, dessen Durchmesser im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser des Sitzes (8) entspricht und das durch wenigstens einen geradlinigen Abschnitt (16a) unterbrochen ist, der im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Ebene ist, die von dem einstellbaren Endabschnitt (7) gebildet wird.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einstellbare Endabschnitt (7) zwischen einer ersten Hubendestellung, in der er eine im wesentlichen verticale Ausrichtung hat, und einer zweiten Hubendestellung bewegbar ist, in der der einstellbare Endabschnitt (7) im wesentlichen horizontal ist, wobei die erste Hubendestellung einem Zustand des Einführens des Schwenkzapfens (6) in die Zugangsöffnung (14) entspricht.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einstellbare Endabschnitt (7) mit dem Bettgestell (2) durch zwei koaxiale Schwenkzapfen (6) verbunden ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden koaxialen Schwenkzapfen (6) nur in ein einziges Eingriffselement (9) eingreifen, das in Längsrichtung an einem Extrusionsabschnittsglied (10) ausgebildet ist, das dem Bettgestell (2) zugeordnet ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (8) an der Zugangsöffnung eine Längserweiterung (15) hat, um das Einführen des Schwenkzapfens (6) zu erleichtern.
  26. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkzapfen (6) und das Eingriffselement (9) unterschiedliche Oberflächenhärten haben.
  27. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingriffselement (9) eine Oberflächenhärte hat, die grödßer ist als die des Schwenkzapfens (6).
  28. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Schwenkzapfens (6) zwei gekrümmte Abschnitte hat.
  29. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Schwenkzapfens ein erstes Paar von kreisförmigen oberen und unteren Abschnitten (16b) und ein zweites Paar von Seitenabschnitten hat, die aus zwei konzentrischen Kreisbögen bestehen, bei denen die Differenz zwischen den jeweiligen Radien gleich den minimalen Abmessungen (d) des Schwenkzapfens ist und sich die Mitte auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite bezüglich des kinematischen Reguliermechanismus befindet und das zweite Paar das Einführen des Schwenkzapfens durch die Sitzzugangsöffnung (14) längs eines Kreisbogens zuläßt.
