Vorrichtung zum Füllen von flexiblen Beuteln (2), umfassend: a) ein in einer Vertikalebene umlaufendes Transportorgan (5); b) eine Vielzahl von am Transportorgan (5) befestigten Haltern (9), von welchen jeder zwei gegeneinander bewegbare, quer zur Förderrichtung (A) des Transportorgans (5) angeordnete, in einem oberen Abschnitt (12) der Umlaufbahn des Transportorgans (5) nach oben stehende Platten (10) aufweist; c) Getriebemittel (36-39) zum Bewegen der Platten (10) jedes Halters (9) gegeneinander; d) eine Beschickungsstation (13) zum Einführen von Beuteln (2) in die Halter (9) in einer Richtung (B) annähernd senkrecht zur Bahntangente des Transportorgans (5) an der Beschickungsstation (13); e) eine oberhalb des oberen Abschnittes (12) angeordnete Füllstation (14) zum Einfüllen von Produkten in die Beutel (2); f) eine Siegelstation (16) zum Versiegeln des oberen Randes (56) der Beutel (2); sowie g) eine Entladestation (17), in welcher die Beutel (2) aus den Haltern (9) freigegeben werden; wobei die beiden Platten (10) jedes Halters (9) in der Beschickungsstation (13), der Füllstation (14) und der Entladestation (17) voneinander gespreizt und in der Siegelstation (16) einander benachbart sind.Device for filling flexible bags (2), comprising: a) a transport member (5) rotating in a vertical plane; b) a plurality of holders (9) fastened to the transport member (5), each of which has two mutually movable, arranged transversely to the conveying direction (A) of the transport member (5), in an upper section (12) of the orbit of the transport member (5) has upstanding plates (10); c) gear means (36-39) for moving the plates (10) of each holder (9) against each other; d) a loading station (13) for introducing bags (2) into the holders (9) in a direction (B) approximately perpendicular to the tangent of the web of the transport member (5) at the loading station (13); e) a filling station (14) arranged above the upper section (12) for filling products into the bags (2); f) a sealing station (16) for sealing the upper edge (56) of the bags (2); such as g) an unloading station (17) in which the bags (2) are released from the holders (9); the two plates (10) of each holder (9) being spread apart from one another in the loading station (13), the filling station (14) and the unloading station (17) and being adjacent to one another in the sealing station (16).
