Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Karton-Einlage für eine Verpackungsschachtel zur Aufnahme eines zu verpackenden Gegenstandes. Einlagen dieser Art werden häufig in Kunststoff ausgeführt. Ziel vorliegender Erfindung ist es, diese nicht sehr ästhetischen und umweltfreundlichen Kunststoff-Einlagen durch eine Karton-Einlage zu ersetzen, die rationell hergestellt und aus dem angelieferten, flachen Zustand von Hand oder maschinell besonders einfach aufgerichtet werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck weist die erfindungsgemässe Karton-Einlage zwei seitliche Trottoirs aus je zwei aufrechten Seitenteilen und einem Deckteil sowie mindestens eine Verriegelungszunge, welche das eine oder beide Trottoirs in aufrechter Stellung hält, auf. Das Aufrichten dieser Einlage kann dabei dadurch besonders einfach gestaltet werden, dass die Verriegelungszunge beim Aufrichten der Trottoirs automatisch in ihre Verriegelungslage übergeführt wird, in welcher sie das oder die Trottoirs in aufgerichteter Stellung verriegelt.The present invention relates to a cardboard insert for a packaging box for receiving an object to be packed. Mit dem einen Deckteil 3 ist über eine Faltlinie 16 eine Rückwand 17 verbunden, welche gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 einen hinteren Abschluss des einen Trottoirs bildet. Sternförmige Schnitte 18 in dieser Rückwand dienen beispielsweise der Aufnahme eines Hilfsteils. In diesem flachen Zustand gemäss Fig. 4 werden die Einlagen vom Hersteller an den Verbraucher geliefert. Zum Aufrichten der Einlagen genügt ein Druck auf die aussen liegenden Faltlinien, womit die beiden Trottoirs aufgerichtet werden. Dabei heben die Fortsätze 7 die Verriegelungszunge 9 vorerst an, bis die Fortsätze 7 in den Ausschnitt 8 der Verriegelungszunge eintreten, womit die Verriegelungszunge in die geneigte Lage gemäss Fig. 2 und 3 einschnappt und die Fortsätze 7 bzw. die ganzen Trottoirs in der aufgerichteten Stellung gemäss Fig. 1 bis 3 verriegelt.
