In order to ensure good shock absorption and still a sufficient tension of the belt drive with the most compact possible arrangement, it is proposed according to the invention that the tensioning and coupling device 34 can be pivoted about an axis parallel to the cardan shaft 22 on the support frame 10 at a distance from the universal joint 20 arranged, a cardan shaft bearing 38 rocker 40 and a combined gas spring damper 46 clamped between the support frame 10 and rocker 40.

Claims (7)

  1. Mixing and conveying device, in particular for mortar or concrete as a material to be conveyed, having a supporting frame (10), a frame-fixed mixing tank (12), a driving motor (14) preferably in the form of a diesel motor and an agitator (16), which is disposed in the mixing tank so as to be rotatable about a substantially horizontal axis and is drivable by means of the driving motor (14) and transmission means (18, 20, 22, 24), said transmission means comprising a belt drive (24), which is disposed between an output shaft (28) of the driving motor (14) and a cardan shaft (22) connected by a cardan joint (20) to the agitator, as well as a tightening and coupling device (34) for the belt drive (24),
    characterized in that the tightening and coupling device (34) comprises a rocker (40), which is disposed at a distance from the cardan joint (20) so as to be capable of swivelling about an axis substantially parallel to the cardan shaft (22) at a point of rotation (36) of the supporting frame (10) and carries a cardan shaft bearing (38), as well as a combined spring and damping element (46) which is clamped between supporting frame (10) and rocker.

Mixing and conveying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the combined spring and damping element takes the form of a pneumatic spring damper (46), which comprises a cylinder housing (48) with a plunger (50) and is coupled by its one end (42) to the supporting frame (10) and by its other end (44) to the rocker (40) in each case outside of the rocker point of rotation (36).
  3. Mixing and conveying device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rocker point of rotation (36) and the hinge points (42, 44) of the combined pneumatic spring damper (46) define a common plane.
  4. Mixing and conveying device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rocker (40) for disengaging the belt drive (24) may be swivelled preferably by speed reduction means (52) counter to the spring action of the combined spring and damping element (46).
  5. Mixing and conveying device according to claim 4, characterized in that the speed reduction means are formed by a lever-operated cam plate (52, 54).
  6. Mixing and conveying device according to claim 5, characterized in that the cam plate (52) is supported so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis substantially perpendicular to the cardan shaft (22) on the supporting frame (10).
  7. Mixing and conveying device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the damping force of the damping element of the combined spring and damping element (46) is at least three times, preferably five to ten times, the tension force exerted by its spring element.
