Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sackmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Streifenabschnitten bzw. Zetteln auf einen durchlaufenden Sackboden bestehend aus einem Auftragszylinder mit einer zu- und aufsteuerbaren Greiferzange und einem mit dieser zusammenwirkenden Messer.The invention relates to a sacking machine with a device for applying strip sections or notes to a continuous sack bottom consisting of an application cylinder with a gripper tongs that can be controlled and opened and a knife that interacts with it.

Eine derartige Sackmaschine ist bereits aus der DE 66 09 637 U bekannt. Bei dieser vorbekannten Sackmaschine wird bei Ausbleiben eines Sackwerkstückes der zugehörige Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel selbsttätig in einen Ausscheide-Förderweg geleitet. Dabei wird die Ausscheideeinrichtung durch ein die Sackwerkstück-Zuführung taktmäßig abtastendes Fühlelement gesteuert. An dem Auftragszylinder ist eine Greiferzange ausgebildet, die den vorlaufenden Teil des auf den Sackboden aufzubringenden Streifenabschnitts klemmend erfaßt. Dabei wird über ein Messer der vordere Teil des Zettels in die Greiferzange eingedrückt, welche dann schließt und den vorderen Teil des Zettels festhält. Der Zettel wird dann über den Auftragszylinder weitertransportiert und auf das Sackwerkstück aufgebracht. Wird nun kein Sackwerkstück zugeführt, so daß kein Zettel vom Auftragszylinder transportiert werden soll, dann wird die Greiferzange nicht geschlossen, so daß der zugeführte Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel von einer eingeschwenkten Ausscheideweiche unterfaßt und abtransportiert wird. Diese Art des Abtransports hat sich in der Praxis nicht bewährt, da der auszuscheidende Zettel in diesem Bereich nicht zwangserfaßt wird. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, die bekannte Sackmaschine derart weiterzubilden, daß eine Ausscheidung des Streifenabschnitts bzw. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe ausgehend von einer gattungsgemäßen Sackmaschine dadurch gelöst, daß das Messer an einem parallel zu dem Auftragszylinder verlaufenden zweiten Zylinder angeordnet ist und daß auch der zweite Zylinder eine Greifzange aufweist, die mit einem Messer zusammenwirkt, das am Auftragszylinder angeordnet ist. Demnach ist es gewährleistet, daß der zu transportierende Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel immer zwangserfaßt und damit transportiert wird. Für den Fall, daß der Zettel über den Auftragszylinder an ein entsprechend durchlaufendes Sackwerkstück weitertransportiert werden soll, wird dessen vorlaufende Kante von dem Messer, welches an dem parallel zum Auftragszylinder verlaufenden zweiten Zylinder angeordnet ist, erfaßt und in die geöffnete Greiferzange an dem Auftragszylinder eingedrückt. Beim Weitertransport wird die Greiferzange des Auftragszylinders geschlossen, so daß der entsprechende Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel bis zum Sackwerkstück transportiert und dort aufgeklebt werden kann. Soll nun der Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel ausgeschieden werden, weil beispielsweise kein Sackwerkstück angeliefert wird, wird die vorlaufende Kante des Streifenabschnitts bzw. Zettels von dem Messer an dem Auftragszylinder der geöffneten Greiferzange an dem zweiten Zylinder zugeführt. Diese wird dann geschlossen, so daß der Streifenabschnitt bzw. Zettel von dem zweiten Zylinder erfaßt und fortbewegt wird.
