Diese Position ist in Fig. 5 dargestellt. Aus der Zwischenposition kann das Dosier¬ system 12 mittels des Balgzylinders 18 weiter in eine Wartungsposition abgesenkt werden, die in Fig. 6 gezeigt ist. In der Wartungsposition ist das Dosϊersystem 12 gut zugänglich, so daß z. B. das Schabermesser 12 ausgewechselt werden kann. Die Anschläge 1 1 , 1 9 sind so fein justiert, daß beim anschließenden Einfahren der Kolben der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 10, 20 das Auftragwerk 4 und das Dosiersystem 1 2 sich in die jeweilige Arbeitsposition bewegen. Das Anschwenken an die Gegenwalze 2 in die jeweilige Arbeitsposition erfolgt zeitlich koordiniert und präzise so, daß sowohl kein undosierter Farbfilm aufgetragen wird, als auch das Schabermesser 1 6 nur sehr kurz an der noch unbeschichteten Bahn 3 anliegt; d. h. das Schabermesser 1 6 wird entweder gleichzeitig mit der Auftragwalze 6 an die Gegenwalze 2 geschwenkt oder mit geringem Zeitabstand vorher.Instead of a doctor knife 16, other metering elements, for. Die einfahrenden Kolben der Kolben- Zyiinder-Einheiten 20, 10 zu beiden Seiten führen die Schwenkarme 13, 7 mit einstellbarer Geschwindigkeit exakt und beidseitig gleichmäßig ohne Verkanten des Schaberbalkens 15 bzw. der Auftragwalze 6 in die jeweilige Arbeitsposition. Diese lassen sich mit den Anschlägen 19, 11 einfach und sehr genau einstellen.
