Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufspreizen und Aufstecken von Säcken auf einen Abfüllstutzen, insbesondere von Seitenfaltensäcken, die vereinzelt einem Ausrichttisch mit der Sacköffnung nach vorne liegend zugeführt worden sind. Eine Vorrichtung der genannten Art ist aus der DE 38 40 646 A1 bekannt. Bei dieser Vorrichtung werden Säcke aus einem Sackmagazin zunächst nach hinten weggezogen, wobei der geschlossene Sackboden in Förderrichtung vorne liegt. Dadurch, daß die Spreizschaufeln bei aufgestecktem Sack innerhalb der Sacköffnung seitlich vom Abfüllstutzen liegen, behindern sie die Sackklemmen nicht, da sie durch weiterschwenken ihrer Schwenkmittel nach oben aus dem Arbeitsbereich der Sackklemmen am Abfüllstutzen herausbewegt werden können. Der Ausrichttisch wird nach vorne durch eine Anschlagklappe 12 abgeschlossen, gegen die ein zugeführter Sack zum Ausrichten anschlagen kann. Die Klappe 12 ist über einen Schwenkhebel 13 und einen Stellzylinder 14 aus dem Weg der Spreizschaufeln 4 in die durchgezogen dargestellte, etwa horizontale Stellung wegklappbar. Zum Öffnen eines dem Ausrichttisch 11 zugeführten Sackes sind untere Saugermittel 15 vorgesehen, die über Hebel und Stellzylinder 16 der Sackebene angenähert werden können, sowie obere Saugermittel 17, die über einen Schwenkarm 18 und obere Stellzylinder 19 auf die Sackebene abgesenkt werden können. Nach Unterdruckbeaufschlagung kann die Bewegung wieder umgekehrt und in die dargestellte Position zurückgeführt werden, wodurch sich die Sacköffnung eines aufliegenden Sackes öffnet. Das Zuführen eines Sackes auf den Ausrichttisch, wird im wesentlichen durch eine Bandschleife 21 bewirkt, die von einem Antriebsmotor 20 mit einem Riementrieb antreibbar ist. Hinter dem Ausrichttisch-liegt einem Sackeinzugsanordnung 22, deren vordere Antriebsrölle 23 in beiden Richtungen antreibbar ist und der insgesamt zwischen der ausgezogen dargestellten und der gestrichelt dargestellten Position mittels eines Stellzylinders 24 schwenkbar ist. In der unteren gestrichelt dargestellten Position kann mittels des Sackeinzuges ein einzelner Sack aus dem Sackmagazin 25 entnommen werden, indem Saugermittel 26 auf den nicht dargestellten Sackstapel abgesenkt werden, unterdruckbeaufschlagt werden und von diesem wieder abgehoben werden. Hierzu ist ein Schwenkarm 27 oberhalb des Sackmagazines vorgesehen, der mittels eines Hubzylinders 28 die angegebenen Bewegungen ausführen kann. Gegenüber dem Schwenkarm sind die Saugermittel 26 längs verschieblich, so daß bei Vorfahren in die ausgezogen dargestellte Position der Saugermittel der vorne liegende Sackboden bereits von der Einzugsrolle 23 der Einzugsanordnung 22 erfasst und eingezogen werden kann. Danach wird die Einzugsanordnung 22 in die obere durchgezogen dargestellte Position gebracht und die Antriebsrichtung umgekehrt.The spreading vanes 4 are attached directly to angled, shorter swivel arms 5, which can be actuated by means of actuating cylinders 6. The feeding of a sack onto the alignment table is essentially effected by a belt loop 21 which can be driven by a drive motor 20 with a belt drive. Behind the alignment table is a bag feed arrangement 22, the front drive roller 23 of which can be driven in both directions and which can be pivoted overall by means of an actuating cylinder 24 between the position shown in broken lines and the position shown in broken lines. In Figur 2a ist die zuvor im Längsschnitt dargestellte Einzelheit in Seitenansicht dargestellt; in Figur 2b in Frontansicht.. Beide werden im folgenden gemeinsam beschrieben. Es sind an den hier nur in Vorderansicht dargestellten Schwenkarmen 7 der Schwenkzylinder 6 sowie doppelt ausgeführte kürzere Schwenkarme 5 mit den Spreizschaufeln 4 angeordnet. Die Arme 7 sind an einem Drehbalken 31 befestigt und mit diesem sowie untereinander über einen ersten Drehzapfen 32 und eine Verbindungslasche 33 miteinander verbunden. In vorderen Lagerbuchsen 34 ist eine Drehachse 35 gehalten, die die Arme 5 unmittelbar trägt und die über den Hebel 36 vom Stellzylinder 6 drehbar ist. Die Achse 35 ist um die Drehachse X₂ für die Spreizschaufeln drehbar. Ebenfalls paarweise sind Schwenkarme 37 vorgesehen, die in der Seitenansicht den Zylinder 6 verdecken. Diese Schwenkarme 37 sind ebenfalls mit dem Drehbalken 31 drehfest verbunden. Eine weitere Verbindung untereinander ist nicht vorhanden. Außen an den Schwenkarmen 37 sind weitere Stellzylinder 38 in Lagerzapfen 39 gelagert, die der Betätigung der paarweise vorhandenen Sackklemmen 10 dienen. Diese umfassen jeweils paarweise vorhandene Klauen 40, die auf Drehzapfen 41 um parallele Drehachsen X₃, X₄ schwenkbar sind. Nur jeweils einer der Zapfen 41 ist über einen Hebel 42 unmittelbar antreibbar. Die Drehzapfen sind über Verzahnungen 44 miteinander im Eingriff, so daß sie von den Stellzylindern 38 gegenläufig angetrieben werden. Hierdurch können die Klauen 40 in die gestrichelt dargestellte geschlossene Position geschwenkt werden. Mit gestrichelten Linien ist der Sack S hier insbesondere als Seitenfaltensack dargestellt, in den die Spreizschaufeln eingefahren sind.In Figure 2a, the detail previously shown in longitudinal section is shown in side view; in Figure 2b in front view. Claims (7)

Vorrichtung zum Aufspreizen und Aufstecken von Säcken auf einen Abfüllstutzen, insbesondere von Seitenfaltensäcken, die vereinzelt einem Ausrichttisch (11) mit der Sacköffnung nach vorne liegend zugeführt worden sind,
gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest erste am Ausrichttisch gelagerte Saugermittel (15) die im Bereich der Sacköffnung gegen die untenliegende Sackwand bewegbar sind,
zumindest zweite am Ausrichttisch gelagerte Saugermittel (17) die gegen die obenliegende Sackwand bewegbar sind,
wobei die beiden Saugermittel (15, 17) unterdruckbeaufschlagt voneinander entfernbar sind,
ein Paar von in die Sacköffnung in Seitenfaltennähe einfahrbaren Spreizschaufeln (4) die an ersten Schwenkmitteln (7) befestigt sind und um eine horizontale, oberhalb des Ausrichttisches (11) liegende Schwenkachse X₁ schwenkbar sind,
ein Paar Sackgreifer (10) mit Klauenpaaren (40), die um parallel zur Ebene des Ausrichttisches liegende Drehachsen X₃, X₄ schwenkbar und dadurch öffen- und schließbar sind und so angeordnet sind, daß sie jeweils die beiden Seitenfalten im Bereich der Sacköffnung erfassen, sowie Schwenkmittel (37) für die Sackgreifer (10), die um die gleiche horizontale, oberhalb des Ausrichttisches (11) liegende Achse X₁ schwenkbar sind, wie die ersten Schwenkmittel für die Spreizschaufeln.
