Abstract
Mit diesem Schlüsselschalter wird eine von den Abmessungen handelsüblicher Zylinderschlösser unabhängige Bauweise und eine von der Umgebung unabhängige Montage möglich. Ein einseitig offenes Gehäuse besteht aus Seitenwänden (2), einem Boden, einem Unterteil und einem Oberteil (5). Parallel zu den Breitseiten der Seitenwände (2) verlaufen Langschlitze (8), die der Führung von ersten Befestigungsschrauben (9) dienen. Ein in die Gehäuseöffnung passender Gehäusedeckel (10) mit gefasten Ecken und Laschen ist entlang der Langschlitze (8) über eine Distanz verschiebbar. Bedienerseitig trägt der Gehäusedeckel (10) einen Kragen (14), der mit dem Gehäusedeckel (10) verbunden ist. Am Gehäusedeckel (10) ist eine Durchstecköffnung vorgesehen, durch die ein handelsübliches am Kragen (14) befestigtes Zylinderschloss (18) tritt, das bedienerseitig vom Kragen (14) umgeben ist und gehäuseseitig mit einem Schaltereinsatz in Verbindung steht. Die Abmessungen der Durchstecköffnung sind so gewählt, dass nach dem Entfernen der zweiten Befestigungsschrauben (16) der Schaltereinsatz bedienerseitig dem Gehäuse (1) entnehmbar ist. <IMAGE>This key switch enables a design that is independent of the dimensions of commercially available cylinder locks and assembly that is independent of the environment. Aus der Offenlegungsschrift DE-A1 28 56 337 ist ein Schlüsselschalter mit einem Gehäuse bekannt, in dessen abnehmbarem Deckel ein Zylinderschloss mit drehbarem Schliessbart mittels einer Befestigungsnase befestigt ist. Bedienerseitig schliesst sich an den abnehmbaren Deckel eine Dichtung und eine Abdeckplatte an, die je mit einer Durchsteckausnehmung für das Zylinderschloss versehen sind. Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass mit Zylinderschlössern verschiedener Abmessungen Schlüsselschalter realisierbar sind, bei denen Abdeckplatten mit normierten Durchsteckausnehmungen und unterschiedlichen Wandstärken Verwendung finden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist darin zu sehen, dass Zylinderschlösser derartiger Schlüsselschalter insbesondere bei Unterputzmontage unabhängig von der Dicke des Verputzes bündig auf die aufputzmontierten Abdeckplatten ausrichtbar sind. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass derartige Schlüsselschalter in bereits bestehende Bauteile wie Verkleidungen, Türrahmen und dergleichen, die eine Abdeckplatte unnötig machen, einbaubar sind.The advantages achieved by the invention can essentially be seen in the fact that key switches can be realized with cylinder locks of different dimensions, in which cover plates with standardized push-through recesses and different wall thicknesses are used. In den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist mit 1 ein einseitig offenes Gehäuse bezeichnet, das aus Seitenwänden 2, einem Boden 3, einem Unterteil 4 und einem Oberteil 5 besteht. Ein einstückiges Teil wird an ersten Biegekanten 6 abgewinkelt, so dass ein U-förmiger Gehäuseteil mit den Seitenwänden 2 und dem Boden 3 entsteht. Unterteil 4 und Oberteil 5 werden mit den Seitenwänden 2 und Boden 3 verschweisst. Im Boden 3 ist zur Durchführung eines Schalteranschlusskabels eine Anschlussöffnung 7 vorgesehen. Parallel zu den Breitseiten der Seitenwände 2 verlaufen Langschlitze 8, die der Führung von ersten Befestigungsschrauben 9 dienen. Ein in die Gehäuseöffnung passender Gehäusedeckel 10 mit gefasten Ecken und an zweiten Biegekanten 11 abgewinkelten Laschen 12, an denen erste Bohrungen 13 mit Gewinden im Abstand der beiden je Seitenwand 2 angeordneten Langschlitze 8 angeordnet sind, steht mit den in die Gewinde der ersten Bohrungen 13 eingreifenden ersten Befestigungsschrauben 9 in Verbindung, sodass dieser entlang der Langschlitze 8 über eine Distanz d verschiebbar ist. Bedienerseitig trägt der Gehäusedeckel 10 einen Kragen 14, der mittels zweiten in zweite am Gehäusedeckel 10 angeordnete Bohrungen 15 mit Gewinden eingreifenden Befestigungsschrauben 16 mit dem Gehäusedeckel 10 verbunden ist. Innerhalb der zweiten Bohrungen 15 ist eine Durchstecköffnung 17 vorgesehen, durch die ein handelsübliches mit Muttern 20 am Kragen 14 befestigtes Zylinderschloss 18 tritt, das bedienerseitig vom Kragen 14 umgeben ist und gehäuseseitig mit einem Schaltereinsatz 19 in Verbindung steht. Die Abmessungen der Durchstecköffnung 17 sind so gewählt, dass nach dem Entfernen der zweiten Befestigungsschrauben 16 der Schaltereinsatz 19 bedienerseitig dem Gehäuse 1 entnehmbar ist.
