Die DE-A1-38 11 138 zeigt ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum maschinellen Behandeln des Endabschnitts von aufgerolltem Papier. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Verfahren mit den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1 und durch eine Vorrichtung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 6 gelöst. Dadurch, daß die Ersatz-Wickelrolle zum Aufbrechen nur mit einem Perforierschnitt versehen wird, erübrigt es sich, aufgeschnittene Makulaturlagen zu erfassen und zu befördern. Statt dessen braucht einfacherweise nur ein Bahnanfang ergriffen zu werden. Dies erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit des Verfahrens und der Vorrichtung. Außerdem ist der gerade Perforationsschnitt einfach herzustellen und der daraus resultierende geradlinige Bahnanfang vorteilhaft zu handhaben. In Fig. 5 ist eine Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zum Bilden und Erfassen des Bahnanfanges dargestellt. Die Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 ist, nicht gezeigt, in die Arme einer Abwickelvorrichtung eingespannt. An die Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 ist mittels einer Bewegungseinrichtung 11 ein Rahmen 6 heranfahrbar, an dem als Aufnahmeeinrichtung eine Walze 9 samt einer Bewegungseinrichtung 7 und ein Perforations-Kreismesser 8 angeordnet sind. Am Mantel der Walze 9 ist in axialer Richtung eine Saugeinrichtung 12 integriert. Anschließend wird die Walze 9 mittels der Bewegungseinrichtung 7 an den durch den Perforationsschnitt 3 markierten Bahnanfang angelegt, und deren aktivierte Saugeinrichtung 11 saugt die Mantellage 5 an. Infolge einer Relativbewegung zwischen der Walze 9 und der Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 wird die Perforation aufgerissen und der neu gebildete Bahnanfang für anschließende Verfahrensschritte gehalten. Die Relativbewegung wird durch eine Wegbewegung der Walze 9 von der Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 auf einer Kurvenbahn, beispielsweise einer Geraden, einer Kreis-oder einer Evolventenbahn erzeugt (Fig.6). Dazu wird nötigenfalls die Bremse der Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 gelöst. Das Aufreißen könnte auch durch eine Drehung der Ersatz-Wickelrolle 1 im Uhrzeigersinn erfolgen.In the state of the
Im Ausführungsbeispiel wurde das Bilden und Erfassen eines Bahnanfanges innerhalb einer Abwickelvorrichtung beschrieben. Die Erfindung ist ebenso bei eigenständigen Einheiten außerhalb des Rollenwechslers anwendbar. Auch könnte in Umkehrung der Bewegung des Rahmens mit seinen Funktionseinheiten die Ersatz-Wickelrolle an den Rahmen bewegt werden. Weiterhin kann unter Benutzung der Erfindung die Walze statt der Saugeinrichtung eine Klebefläche aufweisen oder eine beleimte Wickelhülse eingesetzt werden, wobei in beiden Fällen eine Klebeverbindung mit der Mantellage eingegangen wird. Auch ist als Aufnahmeeinrichtung ein Balken mit einer haftfähigen Fläche, z.B. mit einer Saugeinrichtung oder einer Klebefläche, anwendbar. Weiterhin kann statt auf mechanischem Wege die Perforierung vorteilhaft mit einer Laserschneideinrichtung mit einem linear bewegten, getakteten Laserstrahl hergestellt werden.In the exemplary embodiment, the formation and detection of a start of the web within an unwinder was described.
