Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for filling and dosing detergents according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a device is known from FR-A-2 574 061.
Until now, it was customary to store the necessary cleaning agents in large quantities in small containers suitable for handling, to consume containers for containers and then to throw them away. Due to the large amount of waste generated, this is no longer environmentally friendly. It has therefore already begun to deliver the cleaning agents in larger containers, to store them and to fill them into reusable small containers in accordance with the appropriate handling quantities. Here too, with a correspondingly high consumption of cleaning agents, a large amount of residual waste arises due to the discarded storage containers. A further step towards a more environmentally friendly solution was made by delivering the cleaning agents in a concentrated form in storage containers and filling them with appropriate dilution with water in small containers suitable for handling. This is problematic since incorrect dosing and incorrect use can result.
In this respect, an improvement is achieved according to WO-A-91 14 647. There, however, it is necessary, if necessary, to establish a connection to the water supply by actuating a push button.
Proceeding from this, the invention has for its object to provide a device for filling and dosing detergents, with which a simple and safe dilution of the detergent concentrates and their filling in small containers suitable for handling is possible, the water for the dilution of a drinking water pipe should be removable .
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Accordingly, it is provided to arrange storage containers for detergent concentrates below a worktop mounted at working height, whereby each container is connected to a metering device, each metering device in turn is provided with a pressurized water connection, and each metering device is followed by an outlet nozzle opening above the worktop, from which the dosing device made of concentrate and water mixed detergent is ready to use.
It is possible to provide different cleaning agent concentrates for different cleaning tasks - such as floor cleaning, window cleaning and the like - and to produce the correspondingly diluted cleaning agents via separate metering devices. The check valve provided according to the invention ensures that when a negative pressure occurs in the water supply system, detergent which is not itself to be metered is sucked into the water pipe system. It is absolutely guaranteed that, despite a connection to the drinking water network that may be provided, contamination of the drinking water network is prevented in any case. The device is particularly easy to use, and at the same time an exactly metered cleaning agent of the desired type - for example a floor or window cleaner - is obtained.
The design of the device according to
By designing the device according to
Furthermore, a pressure reducing device can advantageously be provided, which makes it possible to set the optimum metering pressure in the range between 2.5 and 3.5 bar. This is particularly important if, as is the case in larger companies, there is a relatively high pressure in the water pipe.
According to
In order to prevent the pressurized water from leaking unchecked when the high-pressure hose bursts, a hose location safety device can be arranged at the beginning of the high-pressure hose, as is e.g. is known for washing machines.
According to
According to
Further features, details and advantages of the invention can be gathered from the following description, in which an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing.
