Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, die Fertigungs -und Handhabungstechniken im Sinne einer optimalen Serienproduktion zu verbessern, damit der große Bedarf an schwimmenden Tauchwänden zum Einbau in Entlastungsanlagen usw. kostengünstiger erfolgen kann. Weitere Verbesserungen ergeben sich gemäß dieser Erfindung in Punkto:
- a) Baugleiche Tauchwandkappen für variable Einbaulängen
- b) Umströmungssicherung mittels Dichtschürze
- c) Reduzierung der vertikalen Gleitreibung
- d) Verschiebemöglichkeit der Tauchwandkappe zur örtlichen Anpassung
- a) Identical baffle wall caps for variable installation lengths

- c) Reduction of vertical sliding friction

Diese Ausbildung der Außenseite hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, daß alle größeren Rollkreise, sprich schwimmende Tauchwände unterschiedlicher Baulängen, mit ein und der selben Tauchwandkappe bei gleichbleibendem Hutprofil herstellbar und damit für die Serienfertigung besser geignet sind. Zur Verbesserung der Führungseigenschaften werden erfindungsgemäß die Tauchwandkappen zur Seitenbegrenzung bzw. zur Lastabtragung aus anstehendem Fließdruck mit Rollenlager ausgestattet. Zum Ausgleich von bauwerkseitigen Aufmaßfehlern können die Tauchwandkappen auf einem mittig verlaufenden Steg der Tauchwandaußenseite verschieblich angeordnet und mittels Bolzen festgesetzt werden. Damit ein Umlauf von Schwimmstoffen in dem Bereich des Hutprofiles ausgeschlossen werden kann, ist die Anordnung einer elastischen Dichtschürze an den Außenseiten der schwimmenden Tauchwand über die ganze Tauchwandhöhe vorgesehen, die wiederum auf der Abkantung des Hutprofiles aufliegt und die damit die vollständige Abdichtung bewirkt.This design of the outside has the essential advantage that all larger rolling circles, i.e. floating baffles of different lengths, can be produced with one and the same baffle cap with the same hat profile and are therefore better suited for series production. Claims (5)
- Slip-on guide cap for floating barrage moving on roller bearings (2) fitted into a hat-shaped guide profile (1), one important characteristic feature being the polygonal external edge (3) adjusted to a minimum rolling circle (5) at all corners (4). With all larger rolling circles (6,7), this permits the use of a guide cap of identical design (8) in accordance with a prescribed barrage height (9).
The second characteristic feature is the rolling point (12) of a side control roller bearing (2) at the intersection (10) of all rolling circles (5,6,7) and the centre line (11) of the barrage (23). Such side control roller bearing (2) touches the groove base (13) of the hat-shaped guide profile (1) on at least one side. - Slip-on guide cap as per Claim 1, the characteristic feature being the provision of additional roller bearings (2) on each barrage side, at least two of these being positioned on the side of the barrage (15) opposite the water pressure (14).
- Slip-on guide cap as per either one of Claims 1 and 2, the characteristic feature being that the actual guide cap (8) has a groove runnning in a vertical direction (16) permitting a sideways movement (17) on the web (18) fixed to the lateral edge of the actual barrage (22).
- Slip-on guide cap as per Claim 3, the characteristic feature being the possibility of lateral movement (17) by means of at least two screw-fixed bolts (20) and a corresponding long-hole adjustment (21) in the web (18).
- Slip-on guide cap as per either one of Claims 1 to 4, the characteristic feature being the fact that, if required for an improved sealing on the lateral edge (22) of the floating barrage (23), a flexible sealing apron (24) is provided along the full height of the barrage (9), adjusting to the bevelled edge (25) of the hat-shaped profile (1), on the water pressure side.
