Durch die Abstützung des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters mittels eines Stützeinsatzes, der in den Außenmantel aus einem Gitterwerk eingesetzt wird, kann die Wandstärke des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters wesentlich vermindert und dadurch die durch Farben, Lacke und dgl. umweltgefährdende Flüssigkeiten kontaminierte Kunststoffmasse erheblich verringert werden, so daß die Entsorgung dieser Kunststoffmasse durch Verbrennen unproblematisch ist.
