- the suction material falls from the dust filter down into the collection container and is collected there.
- a plastic sack is inserted into it in such a way that the upper edge projects beyond the collecting container to such an extent that it can be turned down over the edge of the collecting container.
- a collecting vessel is inserted into it, into which the suction material falls.
- This disposal container has the disadvantage that it is extremely sensitive to damage, since it essentially consists of a plastic film that represents the outer shell of the disposal container. If the disposal container is handled improperly, for example during transport or storage, there is a possibility that the outer cover, ie the plastic cover, will tear and the suction material inside the disposal container can escape. Dust tightness is no longer guaranteed.
- the collecting vessel located inside the plastic bag provides protection against deformation and ensures the dimensional stability, this collecting vessel does not offer any protection against damage to the sack, since the collecting vessel lies inside the sack.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a collecting container with which, in particular, dusty suction material can be accumulated without problems and the accumulated suction material can be disposed of with the disposal container in such a way that there is no danger that the suction material can escape from the disposal container.
- this object is achieved in that the collar is connected in a dust-tight manner with its lower edge region to the upper edge region of the disposal container.
- the disposal container is also closed dust-tight when removed from the collection container. During transport and storage of this disposal container, the suction material is safely protected against escaping through the stable wall of the disposal container even if it is handled improperly.
- Such disposal containers are particularly suitable for the collection and disposal of health-threatening, such as toxic, carcinogenic or the like. Fabrics.
- a simple embodiment is described in claim 2. This has the advantage that the amount of plastic is limited to what is absolutely necessary.
- the disposal container therefore takes up the dust-like suction material and is closed in a dust-tight manner by gathering up the raised cuff, which now forms the upper edge of the disposal container.
- the embodiments described in claim 2 represent simple, yet safe and dustproof connection options for the cuff and the disposal container This prevents the cuff from slipping.
- the cuff can also be glued to the inside of the disposal container.
- the cuff is preferably made of plastic and / or paper. With a paper sleeve, it is also guaranteed that the proportion of environmentally harmful substances in the disposal container is reduced.
- disposal container can be closed in a dust-tight manner by means of a cover via a tensioning device.
- substances hazardous to health such as toxic or carcinogenic dusts or the like
- the additional closure of the disposal container with a lid ensures that the hazardous substances are safely enclosed in the disposal container.
- disposal containers closed with a lid are much more dimensionally stable and offer greater safety in the event of improper handling and storage against damage and the associated leakage of the suction material.
- a tight seal of the disposal container with the lid is advantageously achieved in that the lid has a sealing ring.
- the dust in the disposal container is accordingly enclosed both by the sleeve forming a first upper end of the container and additionally by the cover forming a further end inside the disposal container.
- the sleeve mainly prevents the dust from being whirled up when the collecting container of the suction device is emptied until the lid hermetically sealing the disposal container is put on.
- the lid advantageously has a handle on the top, such as an eyelet or a hook or the like. This means that the disposal container can be safely lifted with a hoist and transported to a storage location.
- the embodiment according to claim 5 has the advantage that the suction material can be safely disposed of without an additional plastic bag or an additional sleeve.
- the construction of the disposal container is simple and no environmentally harmful materials are required.
- the disposal container is connected to the suction device in a dust-tight manner.
- the suction device is separated and then the disposal container is sealed with a lid. This has the advantage that optimal mechanical protection is provided during the emptying process. This is necessary when handling hazardous substances, e.g. toxic or carcinogenic dust.
- the lid is advantageously fixed on the disposal container via a clamping ring, the clamping ring being lockable, closable, sealable or the like. is. This is particularly important when handling dangerous goods, such as carcinogenic or toxic or the like. Dust.
- the tension ring must not come loose by itself and must not be opened by unauthorized personnel.
- the ring collar has a bulge which is curved outwards and is formed from a profiled sheet.
- the top outer edge of the lid is beveled conically, so that correspondingly beveled inner surfaces of the clamping ring overlap the lid and the bead.
- the disposal container consists of a material with a high proportion of cellulose, cellulose or cell fibers. This material can be highly compressed and dimensionally stable through suitable treatment.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a collecting container according to the preamble of
From DE-OS 36 15 641 an industrial vacuum cleaner is known in which a dust filter is arranged below the suction unit, which is placed on a collecting container. The suction material sucked in via a suction hose gets into the dust filter and is separated from the air flow. The suction material falls from the dust filter down into the collection container and is collected there. In order to enable easy emptying of the collecting container, a plastic sack is inserted into it in such a way that the upper edge projects beyond the collecting container to such an extent that it can be turned down over the edge of the collecting container. In order to ensure a certain dimensional stability of the plastic sack, a collecting vessel is inserted into it, into which the suction material falls. Is the Collection container filled after the suction process, so it is detached from the dust filter and removed. The part of the plastic bag placed over the upper edge of the dust container is pulled up and tied together in the manner of a bag closure. The suction material collected in the collecting container is now enclosed in the plastic bag. This plastic bag can now be removed from the collection container without swirling up suction material, in particular dust. The plastic bag thus represents a disposal container with which the suction material can be disposed of in a simple manner.
This disposal container has the disadvantage that it is extremely sensitive to damage, since it essentially consists of a plastic film that represents the outer shell of the disposal container. If the disposal container is handled improperly, for example during transport or storage, there is a possibility that the outer cover, ie the plastic cover, will tear and the suction material inside the disposal container can escape. Dust tightness is no longer guaranteed. Although the collecting vessel located inside the plastic bag provides protection against deformation and ensures the dimensional stability, this collecting vessel does not offer any protection against damage to the sack, since the collecting vessel lies inside the sack. In addition, it is considered disadvantageous that a not insignificant amount of plastic film is required to manufacture the disposal container, the disposal of which poses additional problems with regard to environmentally friendly disposal.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a collecting container with which, in particular, dusty suction material can be accumulated without problems and the accumulated suction material can be disposed of with the disposal container in such a way that there is no danger that the suction material can escape from the disposal container.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the collar is connected in a dust-tight manner with its lower edge region to the upper edge region of the disposal container.
Stoffen. This ensures the tightness between the collection and disposal containers, so that no dust can get between the collection and disposal containers. The disposal container is also closed dust-tight when removed from the collection container. During transport and storage of this disposal container, the suction material is safely protected against escaping through the stable wall of the disposal container even if it is handled improperly. Such disposal containers are particularly suitable for the collection and disposal of health-threatening, such as toxic, carcinogenic or the like. Fabrics.
A simple embodiment is described in
The cuff is preferably made of plastic and / or paper. With a paper sleeve, it is also guaranteed that the proportion of environmentally harmful substances in the disposal container is reduced.
An advantageous further development provides that the disposal container can be closed in a dust-tight manner by means of a cover via a tensioning device. In particular if substances hazardous to health, such as toxic or carcinogenic dusts or the like, are to be disposed of via the disposal container, the additional closure of the disposal container with a lid ensures that the hazardous substances are safely enclosed in the disposal container. In addition, disposal containers closed with a lid are much more dimensionally stable and offer greater safety in the event of improper handling and storage against damage and the associated leakage of the suction material.
A tight seal of the disposal container with the lid is advantageously achieved in that the lid has a sealing ring. The dust in the disposal container is accordingly enclosed both by the sleeve forming a first upper end of the container and additionally by the cover forming a further end inside the disposal container. The sleeve mainly prevents the dust from being whirled up when the collecting container of the suction device is emptied until the lid hermetically sealing the disposal container is put on.
The lid advantageously has a handle on the top, such as an eyelet or a hook or the like. This means that the disposal container can be safely lifted with a hoist and transported to a storage location.
The embodiment according to
During operation of the suction device, the disposal container is connected to the suction device in a dust-tight manner. To empty the collection container, the suction device is separated and then the disposal container is sealed with a lid. This has the advantage that optimal mechanical protection is provided during the emptying process. This is necessary when handling hazardous substances, e.g. toxic or carcinogenic dust.
The lid is advantageously fixed on the disposal container via a clamping ring, the clamping ring being lockable, closable, sealable or the like. is. This is particularly important when handling dangerous goods, such as carcinogenic or toxic or the like. Dust. The tension ring must not come loose by itself and must not be opened by unauthorized personnel.
In a simple embodiment, the ring collar has a bulge which is curved outwards and is formed from a profiled sheet.
In order to seal the disposal container optimally in a simple manner, the top outer edge of the lid is beveled conically, so that correspondingly beveled inner surfaces of the clamping ring overlap the lid and the bead. By closing the clamping ring, the disposal container is firmly closed with the lid.
In a further development it is provided that the disposal container consists of a material with a high proportion of cellulose, cellulose or cell fibers. This material can be highly compressed and dimensionally stable through suitable treatment. The disposal container and the lid are preferably made of hard paper, pressed cardboard, cardboard or the like. In this way, the disposal container itself can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
For proper disposal of the disposal container, it has a surface that can be labeled, pasted or otherwise marked. For this purpose, receiving pockets can also be provided, into which corresponding information cards or information signs can be inserted.

For this purpose, another container, namely a
If the
The removed
Fig. 1 zeigt ausserdem eine weitere Ausgestaltung eines Sammelbehälters 4' .Fig. 1 also shows a further embodiment of a collecting container 4 '.
Der Sammelbehälter 4' ist deshalb frei von Sauggut 8.In this collecting container 4 'a disposal container 9' is inserted, which e.g. made of hard paper, cardboard or the like consists. The upper edge 10 'of the disposal container 9' forms the edge 6 'of the collecting container 4', which can be pressed onto the
If the disposal container 9 'is filled with
The lid 17 'has on its top a
A new disposal container 9 'is now inserted into the empty collecting container 4' without further manipulations and, as described above, connected to the
