- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the end (3b) of the hollow rod (3) carrying the applicator element (4) is provided with at least one snug or the like (29) movable in a groove (30) made in a chimney (14) formed in the aforesaid part (13) and receiving the hollow rod (3).
- Device according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the aforesaid part (13) comprises on its external periphery teeth or the like (31) adapted to co-operate with teeth (32) provided at the level of the end of the body (1) of the apparatus to achieve as from the beginning of the mounting through screwing of a cap (19) upon this part, a locking against rotation of the part (13) the translational motion of which causes the disengagement of the ratchet wheel (10) by moving of the latter away from the arms (8, 9) of the push-button (6).
- Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the aforesaid hollow rod (3) is slidably mounted in a cross-member (21) constituting the upper portion of the tank (R) and is provided with an abutment (24) co-operating with this cross-member and following which extends a threading (3c) co-operating with a threaded aperture (5) of the piston (2).
