Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flachstrickmaschine mit einer dem Zuschalten, Hochfahren und Abschalten des Schlittenantriebes dienenden Einrichtung mit einer parallel zu einem Nadelbett ausgerichteten, von Hand bewegbaren Griffstange, die an ihren Enden exzentrisch gelagert ist und zwischen einer unteren und einer oberen Endstellung verschwenkbar und mindestens in der oberen Endstellung festlegbar ist.The invention relates to a flat knitting machine with a device used for switching on, starting up and switching off the slide drive, with a hand-movable handle bar aligned parallel to a needle bed, which is eccentrically mounted at its ends and pivotable between a lower and an upper end position and at least in the position upper end position can be determined.
Flachstrickmaschinen mit Griffstangen der genannten Art sind bekannt, beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 37 05 125 der Anmelderin. Neben dem Problem einer feinfühligen Steuerung des Schlittenantriebs durch solch eine Griffstange besteht die Forderung einer raschen Unterbrechnung des Schlittenantriebs auch von Hand. Der zuletzt genannten Forderung wird bei den bisher bekannten Griffstangen nicht in ausreichendem Maße entsprochen, weil die verwendeten mechanischen Endstellungsverriegelungen zeitverzögernd wirken. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Flachstrickmaschine der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß der Schlittenantrieb mittels der Griffstange auch schlagartig unterbrochen werden kann.Flat knitting machines with handle bars of the type mentioned are known, for example from DE-OS 37 05 125 of the applicant. Anderseits läßt sich die Steuereinrichtung so aufbauen, daß bei einer Zwangslösung des Ankers vom Elektromagneten durch einen Schlag gegen die Griffstange eine sofortige Unterbrechung des Schlittenantriebs ausgelöst werden kann, bei Einsatz entsprechender Sensoren auch bevor noch die Griffstange ihre untere Endstellung erreicht hat.The magnetic holder of the handle bar in its upper end position can be released by a simple hit against the handle bar. In der Zeichnung ist von der Flachstrickmaschine nur ein Wandungsteil 10 ersichtlich, in welchem eine in bekannter Weise parallel zu einem nicht dargestellten Nadelbett verlaufende Griffstange 11 indirekt gelagert ist. Die Schwenkachse 12 der Griffstange 11 ist durch einen in der Wandung 10 gelagerten Bolzen 13 bestimmt, der über ein exzentrisches Verbindungsstück 14 mit einem Schwenkhebel 15 verbunden ist. Gegen eine Seitenfläche des Schwenkhebels 15 liegt ein Endabschnitt 11.1 der Griffstange 11 stirnseitig so an, daß die Schwenkachse 12 gegenüber der Längsachse 16 der Griffstange 11 versetzt, aber noch innerhalb des Querschnittsbereiches der Griffstange 16 verläuft. Der Schwenkhebel 15 weist an seinem freien Ende ein Zahnsegment 18 auf und trägt an einer Seite einen scheibenförmigen Anker 19 aus Weicheisen. Der Topfmagnet 24 bewirkt in erregtem Zustand ein Festhalten des Schwenkhebels in seiner oberen, in Fig. 1 mit strichpunktierten Linien eingezeichneten Schwenklage. Der Topfmagnet 24 kann zusätzlich mit die Anlage des Ankers 19 registrierenden Sensoren gekoppelt sein. Die Griffstange kann unter der Belastung einer Feder stehen, welche sie in eine Ausgangsstellung vorspannt, in welcher der Schwenkhebel 15 die in Fig. 1 mit ausgezogenenen Linien eingezeichnete Stellung einnimmt.The
Durch Drehen der Griffstange 11 im Uhrzeigersinne um ihre exzentrische Lagerachse 12 wird der Schwenkhebel 15 nach oben bewegt.
