In Figur 1 ist mit 1 der Behälter bezeichnet, in den bei 2 die von magnetischen Partikeln zu reinigende Flüssigkeit eingeleitet wird. Im Inneren des Behälters 1 ist ein Verteilerblech 3 angeordnet, welches mit Löchern für die gereinigte Flüssigkeit versehen ist. Um das U-förmig gebogene Verteilerblech herumgeführt ist die Förderkette 4, die über ein Kettenrad mit intermitierend beaufschlagtem Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb 6 taktweise bewegbar ist. Die Förderkette 4 besteht aus zwei voneinander beabstandeten Kettenzügen, die zwischen sich die Magnetstabe 5 tragen und diese, taktweise umlaufend durch die Flüssigkeit im Behälter 1 führen. Während der Bewegung der Magnetstäbe 5 durch die Flüssigkeit setzt sich magnetischer und auch nichtmagnetischer Schmutz an den Magnetfilterstäben 5 ab, der nach jedem vollendeten Umlauf der Förderkette 4 durch die Flüssigkeit von den Magnetfilterstäben entfernt werden muß.In FIG. 1, 1 denotes the container into which the liquid to be cleaned of magnetic particles is introduced at 2. In Figur 2 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Reinigungsvorrichtung dargestellt, wie sie zum Abstreifen der Magnetfilterstäbe Verwendung findet. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung 7 ist innerhalb des Gehäuses 11 auf dem Behälter 1 angeordnet. Die Magnetfilterstäbe 5 werden von den Förderketten 4 beidseitig geführt durch den unteren Bereich des Gehäuses 11 der Reinigungsvorrichtung 7 transportiert und taktweise angehalten. Des weiteren ist im Gehäuse 11 ein kolbenstangenloser Zylinder 12 angeordnet, und zwar oberhalb und parallel zu den Magnetfilterstäben 5. Dieser kolbenstangenlose Zylinder 12 trägt an seiner unteren Seite den Schlitten 13, an dem Abstreiferelemente 14, sich nach unten erstreckend, angeordnet sind. Die Abstreiferelemente 14 sind als Platten ausgebildet, die um ihre senkrechte Mittelachse 15 jeweils um 90 Grad verschwenkbar sind. Hierzu dient ein Schwenkzylinder 16, der über ein Hebelgestänge 17, 18 auf die Schmutzabstreifer 14 wirkt. Die Platten der Schmutzabstreifer sind mit halbkreisförmigen Ausnehmungen 19 versehen, die dem halben Profil der Magnetfilterstäbe entsprechen. Beim Verschwenken der Abstreiferelemente 14 umgreift je eine Ausnehmung 19 einen benachbarten Magnetfilterstab, der durch Bewegung des Schlittens 13 über den kolbenstangenlosen Zylinder 14 in Bewegungsrichtung 20 abgestreift wird. Oberhalb der Magnetfilterstäbe 5 ist die Schwenkeinrichtung für die Abstreifer 14 dargestellt. Mit dem - ebenfalls kolbenstangenlosen - Schwenkzylinder 16, der mit einem Mitnehmer 29 in den Bolzen 30 eines Hebels 18 eingreift, werden über die mit dem Hebel 18 bei 31 verbundenen Hebel 17 die Abstreifer 14 verschwenkt, und zwar jeweils um 90 Grad zu ihrer Endstellung. In der dargestellten Endstellung können die Abstreifer 14 zusammen mit dem kolbenstangenlosen Zylinder 12 aus dem Zwischenraum zwischen den Magnetfilterstäben 5 herausgehoben werden, wobei gleichzeitig die Arretiervorrichtung 32 (Figur 2) im angehobenen Zustand die Förderkette 4 zum taktweisen Weitertransport freigibt. Dabei wird aus Figur 3 deutlich, daß der mittlere der dargestellten Magnetfilterstäbe beidseitig von je einem Schmutzabstreifer 14 erfaßt wird, so daß die beiden Ausnehmungen 19 der beiden Schmutzabstreifer 14 den mittleren Stab allseitig reinigen. Kettenmagnetabscheider mit horizontal angeordneten Magnetfilterstäben, die von endlos umlaufenden Förderketten oder dergleichen in gleichen Abständen und parallel zueinander taktweise durch die zu reinigende Flüssigkeit transportiert werden und die oberhalb der Flüssigkeit eine Reinigungsvorrichtung durchlaufen, in der die Magnetfilterstäbe mit Hilfe von geradlinig in ihrer Längsrichtung geführten Schmutzabstreifern gereinigt werden, die mit entsprechend dem Profil der Magnetfilterstäbe geformten Ausnehmungen die Magnetfilterstäbe umgreifen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schmutzabstreifer (14) oberhalb der Magnetfilterstäbe (5) an einem Schlitten (13) angeordnet sind, welcher Teil eines Linearzylinders (12), vorzugsweise eines kolbenstangenlosen Zylinders ist und daß der Schlitten (13) und/oder der Zylinder (12) gegenüber den Magnetfilterstäben (5) vertikal heb- und senkbar (25) am Rahmen des Kettenmagnetabscheiders angeordnet ist.

daß die Schmutzabstreifer (14) aus einer Ruhestellung oberhalb der Magnetfilterstäbe (5) in die Abstreifstellung bewegbar sind, in der jeder Schmutzabstreifer (14) mit seiner Ausnehmung (19) einen Magnetfilterstab (5) am gesamten Umfang umgreift, wobei die Ausnehmungen (19) der Schmutzabstreifer (14) mit radialen, den Magnetfilterstäben (5) zugewandten, in deren Längsrichtung verlaufenden Schlitzen (34) versehen sind, die beim Aufsetzen der Schmutzabstreifer (14) auf die Mantelfläche der im Endbereich (36) durchmesserreduzierten Magnetfilterstäbe (5) vermittels zu den Schlitzen divergierender Abschrägungen (35) auseinanderspreizbar sind.
