Claims (5)

  1. Bimetallischer Münzrohling für die Herstellung von Metallmünzen, Wertmünzen und Medaillen, welcher Münzrohling zusammengesetzt ist aus einem äußeren, ringförmigen Teil (1), der aus einem anderen Metall besteht als der innere Teil (2), der einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist , wobei die innere Kante des äußeren Teils (1) des Münzrohlings im wesentlichen glatt ist und der äußere Umfang des inneren Teils (2) mit einer ringförmigen, kontinuierlichen Rille (3) versehen ist, die durch Materialfluß vom äußeren Teil (1) während des Pressens des äußeren Teils (1) auf den inneren Teil (2) gefüllt wird.
  2. Bimetallischer Münzrohling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kontinuierliche Rille (3), wenn man sie in vertikaler Position betrachtet, in der Mitte des inneren Teils (2) angeordnet ist.
  3. Bimetallischer Münzrohling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der kontinuierlichen Rille (3) 1/4 bis 1/6 der Höhe des inneren Teils beträgt, und daß die Kanten der Rille genügend scharf sind.
  4. Bimetallischer Münzrohling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der kontinuierlichen Rille (3) das 0,3 bis 1 fache der Höhe der Rille beträgt.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bimetallischen Münzrohlings gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche für Münzen, Wertmünzen und Medaillen unter Verwendung zweier Teile (1, 2), die aus verschiedenen Metallen hergestellt sind, von denen der äußere Teil (1) ringförmig und der innere Teil (2) im Querschnitt rund ist, wobei die innere Oberfläche des äußeren, ringförmigen Teils (1) des Münzrohlings im wesentlichen glatt ausgebildet ist, und der äußere Umfang des inneren Teils (2) eine kontinuierliche Rille (3) umfaßt, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt des Pressens des äußeren Teils um den inneren Teil herum umfaßt, so daß die kontinuierliche Rille (3) einen Materialfluß vom äußeren Teil (1) aufnimmt, um somit eine feste Verbindung zwischen den beiden Teilen (1, 2) des Münzrohlings zu schaffen.
