Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Abgeben flüssiger und/oder halbflüssiger Produkte, die ausgerüstet ist mit einem rohrförmigen Grundkörper (1) zum Aufnehmen einer Kartusche (2), die ein abzugebendes Produkt (3) enthält, wobei der rohrförmige Grundkörper (1) an der Vorderseite eine Auslaßdüse (10) aufweist, die eine ringförmige Kammer (13) abgrenzt, die eine Auslaßtülle (5) für das abzugebende Produkt umgibt, wobei der rohrförmige Grundkörper (1) an der Rückseite eine Druckkammer (78) aufweist, deren Druck auf den Boden (6) dar Kartusche (2) einwirkt, und wobei der rohrförmige Grundkörper (1) mit einem Absperrventil (20) verbunden ist, das alt einer Druckluftversorgungsleitung (45) verbindbar ist, die mit der ringförmigen Kammer (13) in Verbindung steht, und das mit der Druckkammer (78) verbindbar ist, und wobei in die Verbindungsleitung (74), die das Absperrventil (20) mit der Druckkammer (78) verbindet, ein Druckregler (47) eingeschaltet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein teleskopförmiges Antriebsglied (17) vorhanden ist, das auf den Boden (6) der Kartusche (2) einwirkt, und das in die Leitung (70), die das Absperrventil (20) mit der ringförmigen Kammer (13) verbindet, ein unabhängiger Druckregler (46) eingeschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß des Absperrventil (20) einen Grundkörper (22) aufweist, in dem ein längsverlaufender Sitz für eine Gleitbewegung einer Stange (25) vorhanden ist, die an einem Ende mit einem Betätigungshebel (35) zusammenwirkt, dar am Grundkörper (22) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und die am anderen Ende mit einem elastischen Kraftglied zusammenwirkt, daß in dem Gleitsitz zwei ringförmige Kammern (23; 32) vorhanden sind, die koaxial mit der Stange (25) angeordnet sind und die über eine Verbindungsleitung (31) mit verjüngtem Querschnitt miteinander in Verbindung stehen, von denen die eine ringförmige Kammer (23), die mit der ringförmigen Kammer (13) der Auslaßdüse (10) in Verbindung steht, außerdem an eine Luftversorgungsleitung (45) angeschlossen ist, und von denen die andere Kummer (32) mit dem Antriebsglied (17) in Verbindung steht, daß die Stange (25) mit einem ersten Verschlußkörper (37) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Verbindungsleitung zu der ringförmigen Kammer (13) der Auslaßdüse (10) versehen ist, und daß die Stange (25) mit einem zweiten Verschlußkörper (38, 39, 40) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Verbindungsleitung (31) versehen ist, die die erste Kammer (23) mit der zweiten Kammer (32) verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verschlußkörper (37; 38, 39, 40) des Absperrventils (20) an der Stange (25) so angeordnet sind, daß des Öffnen der Verbindungsleitung (31) zur ringförmigen Kammer (13) der Auslaßdüse (10) dem Öffnen der Verbindungsleitung (31) zu dem Antriebsglied (17) vorangeht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder der Druckregler (46; 47) je einen zylindrischen Sitz (48; 49) aufweist, der im selben Grundkörper (22) wie des Absperrventil (20) angeordnet ist und der von einem verjüngten Abschnitt (56) in zwei Abschnitte (54; 55) unterteilt ist, daß ein erster Kolben (57) in dem einen Abschnitt (54) verschiebbar geführt ist, in den eine vom Absperrventil (20) kommende Verbindungsleitung (50) mündet, daß der erste Kolben (57) an seiner Vorderseite mit einem Dichtungselement (58) versehen ist und daß auf seiner Hinterseite eine Feder (59) auf ihn einwirkt, die zwischen dem ersten Kolben (57) und einem Stopfen (60) eingesetzt ist, der in ein Gewinde im Endbereich des ersten Abschnittes (54) eingeschraubt ist, daß ein axial ausgerichteter Fortsatz (61) vorhanden ist, der an dem Dichtungselement (58) anliegt und der sich von einem zweiten Kolben (62) aus erstreckt, der in dem zweiten Abschnitt (55) verschiebbar geführt ist, daß der zweite Kolben (62) mit einem außenliegenden Dichtungsring (63) versehen ist, der mit der Innenwand des zweiten Abschnittes (54) des zylindrischen Sitzes (48; 49) eine Dichtung bildet, daß der Fortsatz (61) und der zweite Kolben (62) von einem axialen Durchgangsloch (64) durchsetzt sind, daß auf den zweiten Kolben (62) eine auf den ersten Kolben (57) hin gerichtete Kraft einer Feder (65) einwirkt, die zwischen dem zweiten Kolben (62) und einer Kappe (66) eingesetzt ist, die am Grundkörper (22) auf ein Außengewinde aufgeschraubt ist, das koaxial mit dem zweiten Abschnitt (55) angeordnet ist, und daß eine Luftversorgungsleitung (68) an den verjüngten Abschnitt (56) radial angeschlossen ist.
