Claims (9)
- Pièce de contact glissant pour densités de courant élevées, à base de cuivre et de carbone avec addition d'un métal ou d'un alliage métallique, dont la température de fusion est sensiblement inférieure à celle du cuivre, caractérisée en ce que l'addition est séparée du cuivre par une couche empêchant son alliage et ne contient pas de parts importantes de plomb ou d'antimoine.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'addition est plaquée de manière à ne former aucun alliage avec le cuivre.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'addition est mise dans un liant de manière à ne former aucun alliage avec le cuivre.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle se compose de plusieurs couches, qui sont juxtaposées de manière à entrer ensemble en contact avec un contrecontact, et qui contiennent séparément les unes des autres le cuivre ou bien l'addition.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'addition contient essentiellement de l'étain et/ou du zinc ou leurs alliages.
- Pièce de contact selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient des additions ayant moins de 10% en poids.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le liant, ou bien le revêtement, est un duroplaste, un thermoplaste, du goudron, du brai, du silicate de sodium, un métal et/ou du graphite.
- Pièce de contact glissant selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le liant, ou bien le revêtement, est une résine synthétique, du chrome ou du nickel, ou un alliage de ces métaux.
- Démarreur muni de balais de charbon, qui sont constitués sous forme de pièces de contact glissant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
