Abstract

Der Transport der Blechteile in bzw. aus der Presse sowie von einer Arbeitsstufe zur nächsten erfolgt mittels Saugertraversen, die in durch die gesamte Pressenanlage reichenden Tragschienen verschiebbar gelagert und über ein Kurvengetriebe vom Pressenantrieb angetrieben werden. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die stirnseitig miteinander verbundenen Pressentische (2) derart ausgebildet sind, daß zwischen den Pressenständern (4) benachbarter Pressen (1.1 - 1.3) ein Freiraum besteht und
zwischen zwei Pressen (1.1 - 1.3) jeweils eine quer zur Teiletransportrichtung durch den Freiraum aus dem Leerstufenbereich ausfahrbare Ablage- und Umrüststation (14) angeordnet ist, in der die Schablonenträger (15) für die austauschbaren Ablageschablonen (16) der Zwischenablage mittels Stellantrieben schwenkbar, höhenverstellbar und ggf. horizontal verschiebbar gelagert und/oder die Aufnahmen (18,19) für die auswechselbaren Teile der Transfereinrichtung - Saugertraversen (13) bzw. Saugerspinnen oder Greiferleisten - angeordnet sind.
