Claims (2)
- Emballage tubulaire à bouchon practique non démontable, de sécurité, du type de ceux comportant un saillant en L (3), lequel provient de la portion tronconique (6) du tube partant du col de sortie de cette partie tubulaire pour aller vers le côté de celle-ci, avec une ailette de composant hélicoidal (4) venant du fond interne du bouchon et de la surface latérale de celui-ci, occupant une position dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre dans l'espace intermédiaire entre le rabat extérieur du bouchon et un autre rabat de ce dernier venant se visser au col du tube, se caractérisant par le fait qu'à une certaine distance du saillant en L (3), et vers une position inverse au mouvement des aiguilles d'une montre, un saillant vertical (8) va se placer dans la portion tronconique (6) du tube, à une certaine distance du col et du bord du tube, ce saillant étant de moindre hauteur que le saillant en L et d'une épaisseur limitée, pour aboutir à son tour sur le bouchon et dans l'espace entre rabats qu'occupe l'ailette hélicoidale, une autre ailette (7) provenant également du fond interne du bouchon et de sa surface latérale intérieure, ladite ailette, droite et verticale, étant interrompue à une certaine distance de l'extrémité libre du rabat extérieur du bouchon, cette ailette verticale se trouvant dans le sens des aiguilles par rapport à l'ailette hélicoidale (4) et son extrémité inférieure étant échelonnée de manière que ledit échelonnement soit en contact avec le saillant vertical lorsque l'on tourne le bouchon dans l'un ou l'autre sens, pour se trouver limitée dans la position de fermeture du bouchon en faisant butée avec la face lisse du saillant en L.
- Emballage tubulaire à bouchon practique non démontable, de sécurité, selon la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que le saillant vertical (8) de la portion tronconique du tube fait flexion au contact de l'ailette verticale (7) du bouchon, lorsque l'on tourne celui-ci dans un sens ou dans l'autre.
