Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines tulpenförmigen Kontakts ausgehend von einem rohrförmigen Rohling aus einem gut leitfähigen und elastischen Material, wobei der Rohling einen verdünnten Bereich mit parallelen Längsschlitzen besitzt, der in einem Kranz aus einem Material guter elektrischer Leitfähigkeit und guter Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Lichtbogenwirkungen endet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    - der Rohling (1) wird um einen zylindrischen Kern (10) herum angeordnet, dessen Durchmesser im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser des Rohlings gleicht und dessen Länge der des Rohlings gleicht, wobei das Ende des Kerns am Kranz anliegt,
    - um den Rohling herum legt man in Höhe der Schlitze einen Block (5) ringförmigen Querschnitts mit einem Innendurchmesser, der geringfügig größer als der Außendurchmesser des Rohlings ist, und mit einer Höhe, die im wesentlichen der der Schlitze gleicht, wobei der Block aus einem Elastomermaterial besteht,
    - man übt auf die Endflächen des Blocks einen Druck aus, durch den der Innendurchmesser des Blocks soweit verringert wird, bis die gewünschte Schlitzbreite erreicht ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Presse verwendet, die eine feste Hülse (4) mit einem zylindrischen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme des Elastomerblocks (5) und mit einer Vertiefung zum Anbringen eines Zentrierbauteils (6) für den Rohling (1), sowie einen beweglichen oberen Block (8) aufweist, an dem der zylindrische Kern (9) befestigt ist, wobei der obere Block mit Mitteln zur Ausübung eines Drucks versehen ist, der über eine Stützscheibe (11) auf den Elastomerblock (5) übertragen wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstandshalter (12) zwischen der Hülse (4) und dem beweglichen Block (8) liegt, um die Bewegung des beweglichen Blocks zu begrenzen.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastomermaterial des Blocks (5) unter der Marke ELADIP und dem Bezugszeichen E420 gehandelt wird und eine Härte nach Shore A von 81 besitzt.
