Abstract
Description
Zur Verstärkung von Oberbekleidungsstücken, wie Sakkos oder Mäntel, werden Einlagen im Vorderteilbereich des Kleidungsstückes verwendet, die als sogenannte Ganzteileinlagen auf den Oberstoff mittels punktförmig auf der Einlage aufsitzender Schmelzklebermassen unter Druck- und Hitzeanwendung auffixiert werden. Da diese Ganzteileinlagen nur eine relativ geringe Sprungeleastizität besitzen, werden bisher zur zusätzlichen Verstärkung des Brust-, Schulter-, Achsel- und Armlochbereiches auf diese Ganzteileinlagen weitere kleinere Einlagezuschnitte aufgebracht, welche eine abgestufte Erhöhung des Verstärkungseffektes in diesen Bereichen bewirken sollen. Als Ganzteileinlagen werden auch sogenannte Mehrbereichseinlagen der Kettversion mit abgestuften Verstärkungszonen verwendet. Diese benötigen ebenfalls häufig noch zusätzliche Einlagen im Brust- und Schulterbereich, benötigen eine ausgefeilte Schärtechnik und sind schwierig auf krumpfarmen Standard zu bringen. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Plackeinlage als Zusatzverstärkungseinlage zur zusätzlichen Verstärkung des Schulter-, Achsel- und Armlochbereiches von Oberbekleidungsstücken, die aus einem Verbund eines Textilfaservlieses, eines Kettengewirks mit Synthetikmultifilfäden und von Schußfäden besteht, zu entwickeln, welche sich durch relativ einfachen Aufbau und einfache Verarbeitung auszeichnet, die optimale Qualität der bisherigen, aus mehreren Plackeinlagen gebildeten Zusatzverstärkungen besitzt und einen weichen, nichtbrettigen Griff hat. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß
- a) das Textilfaservlies ein leicht verfestigtes Faservlies der Faserstärke 1 bis 5 dtex und der
Gewichtsklasse 30 bis 150 g/m² ist, - b) das Kettengewirk die

Die Schußfaden- und Maschendichte beträgt 80 Fäden bzw. Maschen/10 cm. Das Schußfadenmaterial besteht abwechselnd aus einem Schußfaden aus 40% Polyamid und 60% Zellwolle der Garnstärke 1100 dtex und einem sprungkräftigen Schußfaden aus 19% Polyester, 30% Zellwolle und 51% Tierhaaren der Garnstärke 1250 dtex. Claims (16)
