Abstract

A safety arrangement used while fitting lift doors has the form of a fittable railing which is screwed on at the bottom via two articulated parallelograms (2) in the sill recess of the shaft door opening. By means of the articulated parallelograms (2), the guard railing (1) can be brought into two different horizontal positions (A and B) and thus displaced by the amount X without removing it from the shaft door opening. This makes it possible to fit the guard railing (1) while the barricading of the shaft door opening provided by the owner is still in place and is not to be removed until the shaft door opening is closed off by the in the meantime fitted and closing shaft door. Therefore, this safety arrangement ensures a permanent guard against persons falling into the shaft during fitting of the shaft door. The guard railing (1) has a device for adaptation to different widths of opening and a constant distance of the articulated parallelograms from each other. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a protective device for door assembly in elevators in the form of a mountable railing, which secures the still open access to the shaft against falling into place during the assembly time of the door.

When creating an elevator installation, installing and setting up the shaft doors in particular involves a considerable risk of accidents. The barriers attached to the shaft openings on the floors after the building shell has to be removed for the installation of the shaft doors and fronts. The assembly personnel therefore work on the open shaft opening for a certain time and must protect themselves against accidents using (prescribed) safety equipment (safety belt and rope). However, the risk of falling into the shaft has not yet been remedied, because falling into the shaft while in a rope can still cause serious injuries.

It is described in US Pat. No. 3,425,165 a railing which can be clamped into the shaft door opening and which can be assembled and disassembled quickly thanks to the simple clamping device. Protection is ensured in the assembled state against falling into, because the parts projecting laterally above the shaft opening at the top and bottom prevent the railing from being pushed in even with considerable force. A base plate attached below also prevents small objects from being inadvertently pushed in during cleaning work on the floor. By means of the clamping device in the form of the upper cross tube, which can be telescopically pushed against one another by spring force, the railing can be used in a certain area for different door opening widths.

The somewhat contradictory requirement that the door opening should not be barricaded for a moment during the working process of the door installation cannot be met with the solution described, because the protective railing is better for fastening work on the inside wall of the shaft adjacent to the shaft opening Accessibility must be removed temporarily. This means that the risk of accidents for elevator personnel is still considerable.

Furthermore, the clampable railing can only be used if the on-site barrier has been removed.

The present invention has for its object to provide a protective device for door assembly in elevators, which remains fully effective during the entire assembly process of the shaft door installation.

This object is achieved by the invention characterized in the claims.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the safety device used can be left in the assembled and effective state during all preparation and assembly work. By moving the guardrail in the direction of the shaft, this device can also be used to safely carry out work on the inner wall of the shaft adjacent to the shaft opening, while maintaining the protective function of the device.

Another advantage is that uninterrupted protection is provided even when the guardrail is moved in the shaft or the reverse direction.

1 shows a shaft door opening 3 in a front wall 3.6 and a floor 3.1. The lower half of the The shaft door opening is covered with a protective railing 1 to prevent it from entering the shaft 4. The protective railing 1 is fastened to the floor in a threshold recess 3.2 shown in dashed lines by means of a left handrail foot part 1.2 and a right handrail foot part 1.3 and a left and right bearing support which is not visible in this figure.

An articulated parallelogram 2 shown in FIG. 2 consists of the left handrail foot part 1.2 and pivotable, parallel tabs 2.5, which are movably connected to a left bearing support 2.1. The bearing support 2.1 is welded onto a horizontal base plate 2.3, which is bent on one side for the purpose of stiffening and has a vertical bore 2.8 on the right side for a fastening screw, not shown here.

The tabs are rotatably held in a movable support 2.2 in a lower bearing 1.21 and in an upper bearing 1.22 and in the fixed support 2.1 in a lower bearing 2.11 and in an upper bearing 2.12. In the fully drawn position A, the guardrail 1 is pivoted in the direction of the shaft 4 and is held in this position by a stop plate 2.6, which rests on the upper left narrow side of the upper tab 2.5. The position B shown in broken lines shows the arrangement in a position pivoted through 180 ° to the right in the direction of the floor 3.1. In position B the arrangement is held again by means of the stop plate 2.6 and the upper tab 2.5. The pivoting movement takes place along the dashed circular arcs and causes a horizontal displacement of the guardrail 1 by the amount X. The amount X corresponds to twice the length of the axis distance of a bracket 2.5. The lower bracket 2.5 is on the front and the upper bracket 2.5 is attached on the rear to the fixed support 2.1 and to the movable support 2.2, which only enables the collision-free 180 ° movement of the joint parallelogram.

Fig. 3 shows a front view of the guardrail 1, which, for example, as a welded construction corresponding vertically and horizontally arranged pipes 1.1 is built. At the lower end of the right and middle vertical pipe 1.1, the railing foot part 1.2 or 1.3 is welded on via stop plate 2.6 or 2.7. 4 to 8 illustrate the function of the device in five subsequent steps. 4, the shaft door opening 3 is provisionally barricaded on site by a lower cross bar 3.4 and an upper cross bar 3.5. In the threshold cut-out 3.2, a door support 3.3 is mounted in the form of a profile plate that is bent upwards on the shaft side, which could be done without removing the crossbeams 3.4 and 3.5. An auxiliary solder 4.1 denotes the center of the door element to be installed. A distance Y between the vertical line and the vertical leg of the door support 3.3 is set. The door support 3.3 is screwed onto screw bolts 3.7 previously anchored in the floor.

In Fig. 5 the assembled guardrail 1 is shown, which is firmly screwed via base plates 2.3 / 2.4 and the holes 2.8 directly to the bolts 3.7 on the bottom of the threshold recess 3.2, or to separate bolts, not shown, on the door support 3.3. After this fastening operation, the cross beams 3.4 / 3.5, which have so far barricaded the shaft door opening, can be removed. The articulated parallelogram 2 is pivoted on the right side towards the floor and does not collide with the crossbars 3.4 / 3.5 still in use.

In the next step according to FIG. 6, the articulated parallelogram 2 is pivoted on the left side in the direction of the shaft 4 and the guardrail 1 releases the inner side of the shaft door opening 3 for the installation of a door fastening profile 5. By slightly leaning into the shaft 4, if necessary, further preparatory work and / or assembly work on the inner wall of the shaft directly adjacent to the shaft door opening 3 can be carried out safely in this position of the guardrail 1.

By pivoting to the floor side of the articulated parallelogram 2, the shaft door assembly 6 can be attached to the, according to FIG prepared place and be fixed there. As soon as the shaft door is closed, the guardrail 1 can be removed, after which there was protection against falling into the elevator shaft without interruption during the entire installation of the shaft door.

The articulated parallelogram 2 makes it possible to set the protective railing 1 without removing it from two different positions that serve the required accessibility for the corresponding work.

In a further developed form, the guardrail 1 according to FIG. 9 has an adjusting device 11 with which the guardrail 1 can be adapted to different opening widths. A left part 8 has transverse holes 8.2 in its horizontal tubes 8.1 at regular intervals and can be pushed into horizontal tubes 9 of the right part and can be locked at the desired width by means of safety bolts (not shown) secured against falling out in the transverse bores 10.

An arrangement in a schematic representation according to FIG. 10 has an additional joint 11, consisting of a bracket 10 protruding horizontally to the right on the protective railing 1, which has a bearing 10.1 at its right end, a hinge plate 9 and a vertical additional support 8, which is attached to it has a bearing 8.1 upper end. If, during the pivoting movement of the guardrail 1, the parallelogram link plates 2.5 are currently in the vertical position (position C), additional stabilization is achieved with this arrangement.

The two railing base parts 1.2, 1.3 have the same distance Z from one another for all railing versions. The purpose of this is that the holes for the screw bolts 3.7 can also be drilled in the threshold recess 3.2 for all opening widths with the same distance Z and accordingly with one and the same drilling jig.
