Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a protective device for door assembly in elevators in the form of a mountable railing, which secures the still open access to the shaft against falling into place during the assembly time of the door.
When creating an elevator installation, installing and setting up the shaft doors in particular involves a considerable risk of accidents. The barriers attached to the shaft openings on the floors after the building shell has to be removed for the installation of the shaft doors and fronts. The assembly personnel therefore work on the open shaft opening for a certain time and must protect themselves against accidents using (prescribed) safety equipment (safety belt and rope). However, the risk of falling into the shaft has not yet been remedied, because falling into the shaft while in a rope can still cause serious injuries.
It is described in US Pat. No. 3,425,165 a railing which can be clamped into the shaft door opening and which can be assembled and disassembled quickly thanks to the simple clamping device. Protection is ensured in the assembled state against falling into, because the parts projecting laterally above the shaft opening at the top and bottom prevent the railing from being pushed in even with considerable force. A base plate attached below also prevents small objects from being inadvertently pushed in during cleaning work on the floor. By means of the clamping device in the form of the upper cross tube, which can be telescopically pushed against one another by spring force, the railing can be used in a certain area for different door opening widths.
The somewhat contradictory requirement that the door opening should not be barricaded for a moment during the working process of the door installation cannot be met with the solution described, because the protective railing is better for fastening work on the inside wall of the shaft adjacent to the shaft opening Accessibility must be removed temporarily. This means that the risk of accidents for elevator personnel is still considerable.
Furthermore, the clampable railing can only be used if the on-site barrier has been removed.
The present invention has for its object to provide a protective device for door assembly in elevators, which remains fully effective during the entire assembly process of the shaft door installation.
This object is achieved by the invention characterized in the claims.
The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the safety device used can be left in the assembled and effective state during all preparation and assembly work. By moving the guardrail in the direction of the shaft, this device can also be used to safely carry out work on the inner wall of the shaft adjacent to the shaft opening, while maintaining the protective function of the device.
Another advantage is that uninterrupted protection is provided even when the guardrail is moved in the shaft or the reverse direction.

An articulated
The tabs are rotatably held in a movable support 2.2 in a lower bearing 1.21 and in an upper bearing 1.22 and in the fixed support 2.1 in a lower bearing 2.11 and in an upper bearing 2.12. In the fully drawn position A, the
