Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a method and a device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die Herstellung dieser mitunter auch als Bi-Metall-Münzen benannten Geldstücke, wie auch die Herstellung zweiteiliger Medaillen erfolgt auf Stanzpressen mit entsprechenden Werkzeugen für die Außenform und die Innenform der Ring-Ronde als einem Ausgangsteil und auf Stanzpressen mit entsprechenden Werkzeugen für die Außenform der Kern-Ronde als zweitem Ausgangsteil für die Münze bzw. Medaille. Für einen ggf. geforderten erhabenen Rand der Ring-Ronde ist ein Stauchvorgang in einer Stauch- bzw. Rollmaschine erforderlich. Die Innenform -Kernloch- der Ring-Ronde ist für das Einfügen und die feste Verbindung mit der Kern-Ronde bei einem Fügevorgang auszuformen. Hierzu ist dann auch der Außenumfang der Kern-Ronde durch einen Stauchvorgang mit einem erhabenen Rand bzw. einer Wulst zu versehen, die die Form des Kernloches der Ring-Ronde beim Fügen ausfüllen muß. Ring-Ronde und Kern-Ronde werden nacheinander einem schrittweise drehgetriebenen Revolverteller zugeführt. Die Zufuhr erfolgt über entsprechende Zuführ-/Vereinzelungseinrichtungen, wie es aus der DE 37 42 745 A1 zu ersehen ist. Hierbei wird die Kern-Ronde in die zuvor in dem Revolverteller vereinzelt abgelegte Ring-Ronde eingelegt und bei weiterer Drehung des Revolvertellers mit der Ring-Ronde der Fügestation zugeführt.The manufacture of these coins, sometimes also called bi-metal coins, as well as the production of two-part medals is carried out on punch presses with appropriate tools for the outer shape and the inner shape of the circular blank as an initial part and on punch presses with corresponding tools for the outer shape of the core -Ronde as a second starting part for the coin or medal. In Fig. 1 sind die einzelnen Verfahrensstufen zum Herstellen von Ring-Kern-Münzen und -Medaillen dargestellt. Mit Pfeil 1 ist eine Stanzpresse angedeutet mit einem Werkzeug 2 zum Ausstanzen (Außenform) der Ring-Ronde 3. Bei diesem Stanzvorgang aus einem Blechstreifen wird die Ringronde 3 in einem Behältnis aufgefangen und vermittels einer Zuführ-/Vereinzelungsstufe 26, in den Fign. 2, 3, ohne Verprägung des Randes 4 der Zuführstufe 21 in einem Revolverteller 20 zugeführt. Ist demgegenüber die Ring-Ronde 3 mit einem erhabenen Rand 7 zu versehen, erfolgt eine Bearbeitung des Randes (Außenform) in z.B. einer Stauchmaschine 5 mit dem Roll-Werkzeug 6.In Fig. 1, the individual process steps for the production of ring-core coins and medals are shown. Die von dem Revolverteller aufgenommene Ring-Ronde 3 wird durch Drehung des Revolvertellers der Lochstufe 22 mit dem Werkzeug 9 einer Stanzpresse 8 zugeführt. Die Lochung des Kernloches erfolgt in den Toleranzen einer nachfolgend einzulegenden Kern-Ronde 13. Sind für die Verbindung zwischen Ring-Ronde und Kern-Ronde bestimmte Arretier- und Festigkeitsvorschriften einzuhalten, ist das Kernloch in der Lochstufe z.B. durch ein Folgewerkzeug nachzuarbeiten (EP 0 080 437 A1), während die Kern-Ronde mit einem entsprechenden erhabenen Rand zu versehen ist. Die in den Revolverteller in der Lochstufe erneut zurückgeführte Ring-Ronde wird durch Drehung des Revolvertellers der Zuführstufe 23 zugeführt. In dieser Zuführstufe wird eine Kern-Ronde 13 in das Kernloch 10 der Ring-Ronde eingelegt. Die Kern-Ronde ist zuvor in einem Werkzeug 12 einer Stanzpresse 11 aus einem Blech ausgestanzt (Außenform) worden und danach direkt der Zuführstufe 23 zugeführt. Im Hinblick auf die Form des Kernloches 10 der Ring-Ronde 3 ist ggf. die Kern-Ronde in einer Stauchmaschine 15 mit dem Roll-Werkzeug 16 mit einem erhobenen Rand 17 zu versehen und erst daran anschließend der Zuführstufe 23 im Revolverteller zuzuführen. Durch Drehung des Revolvertellers werden die Ring-Ronde und die in diese eingelegte Kern-Ronde der Fügestufe 24 zugeführt. Für die Erfindung ist die Anordnung der Lochstufe 22 mit dem Werkzeug 9 und der Fügestufe mit dem Fügewerkzeug 19 auch in einer gemeinsamen Stanzmaschine 28 entsprechend der Fign. 2 und 3 anzuordnen. Wirkungsgleiche Bauteile sind wie in Fig. 1 gleich positioniert. Die Stanzmaschine weist einen Stößel 29 auf, an dem die jeweiligen Werkzeugoberteile der Werkzeuge 9 und 19 befestigt sind. Die Werkzeugunterteile dieser Werkzeuge sind am Pressentisch 30 stationär angedeutet. Die Ring-Ronde 3 ist vermittels der Zuführ-/Vereinzelungseinrichtung 26 der Zuführstufe 21 des in dem Pressentisch schritt-drehgetriebenen Revolvertellers 20 zuführbar; die Kern-Ronde 13 ist vermittels der Zuführ-/Vereinzelungseinrichtung 27 der Zuführstufe 23 zuführbar. Die Werkzeuge 9 und 19 sind in Fig. 2 zeichnerisch in die Zeichnungsebene gedreht angedeutet. In der Stanzmaschine befinden sich die Werkzeuge 9, 19 auf der in Fig. 3 angedeuteten Schnittlinie, wobei mit 8 der Stanzbereich Lochen des Kernloches 10 der Ring-Ronde 3 und mit 18 der Fügebereich der Ronden 3, 13 zu einem Stück, Münze bzw. Medaille, strichpunktiert angedeutet sind.
