Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Ueberwachung des Fadenlaufs an einem Spulengatter, insbesondere an einem Zettelgatter gemäss dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1. Derartige Vorrichtungen haben die Aufgabe, den vom Spulengatter abgezogenen Fäden einerseits eine bestimmte Fadenspannung zu vermitteln, anderseits aber auch ein Nachlassen der Fadenspannung, z.B. bei Fadenbruch zu ermitteln und bei dem dabei ausgelösten Maschinenstillstand die Fäden festzuklemmen, um ein Nachlaufen zu verhindern. Vergleichbare Vorrichtungen wurden insbesondere bei V-förmigen Zettelgattern eingesetzt, bei denen die Umlenkung der Fäden in Richtung Wickelvorrichtung unmittelbar an der Wächternadel erfolgt.The invention relates to a device for monitoring the thread travel on a bobbin creel, in particular on a slip creel according to the preamble of claim 1. Bis anhin wurden dabei die Klemmvorrichtungen mit stets gleichbleibender Druckkraft beaufschlagt, wobei jede Fadenqualität mit der gleiche Klemmkraft festgeklemmt wurde. Bei der EP-A-311 781 ist zwar die Federvorrichtung mit einer zusätzlichen Steuerfeder versehen, die eine Entlastung der Klemmbacke erlaubt. Allerdings ist eine derartige Entlastung nur innerhalb einer ganzen vertikalen Reihe von Klemmvorrichtungen möglich, da die Entlastung über die vertikale Steuerstange zum Oeffnen und Schliessen der Klemmbacken erfolgt. Eine individuelle Anpassung der Federkraft an jeder einzelnen Klemmvorrichtung ist dagegen nicht möglich. In vielen Fällen ist es jedoch wünschenswert, dass die Klemmkraft der Fadenqualität angepasst werden kann und zwar unabhängig von der Lage der jeweiligen Spulstelle im Spulengatter. Bisher war es üblich, verschieden starke Federn in die Klemmvorrichtungen einzubauen, wozu aber eine aufwendige Demontage erforderlich war.Devices of comparable generic type are described, for example, in US Pat. Zum Verstellen der Position müssten die Abdeckplatten gelöst werden, was nur durch autorisiertes Personal erfolgen darf. Eine besonders grosse Flexibilität der Vorrichtung ergibt sich, wenn auch die Wächternadel des Fadenwächters mit einer Zugfeder vorgespannt ist, deren gestellseitige Lagerstelle zum Verändern der Zugkraft verstellbar ist. Die dabei aktivierte Schaltvorrichtung 37 schaltet die Wickelmaschine ab und aktiviert gleichzeitig die Steuerstange 24, die mit Hilfe einer nicht näher dargestellten Antriebsvorrichtung in Pfeilrichtung d verschoben wird. Dabei gibt die Führungskulisse 25 den Druckstift 6 frei, der unter der Spannung der Druckfeder 4 in Pfeilrichtung e bewegt wird. Claims (10)

1. Device for monitoring the thread run on a bobbin creel, in particular a warping creel, with which in each case a clamping device (1), with a spring loaded clamping pad for firmly clamping the thread (3) when the machine is at rest, is allocated to the bobbin positions which are arranged in rows, as well as a thread monitor (2) with a spring loaded monitor needle for creating a thread tension and for activating the clamping device when the thread breaks, whereby each clamping device (1) possesses a spring device (4), characterized in that the spring force of the spring device is able to be adjusted with an adjustment device which is allocated to each clamping device (17, 21).
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring device is formed as a compression spring (4) which is mounted on a pressure peg (6) connected to the clamping pad (5), the pressure peg being coordinated on its end (9) with a guide element (25) and by this means being able to be pressed against the force of the spring into the open position and the compression spring (4) being provided with a counter bearing (10) which is formed to be adjustable on the pressure peg (6).
3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the counter bearing (10) of the compression spring (4) is able to be adjusted with a linearly displaceable slider (17) which possesses a guide element (19) in order to alter the force of the compression spring (4).
4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the slider (17) is able to be displaced with an adjustment lever (21) which is mounted to be able to pivot and which engages in the slider with a prismatic joint (20, 22) at its free end.
5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the position of the adjustment lever (21) is able to be fixed by means of a cover plate (26) which covers the clamping device and the adjustment device.
6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the cover plate (26) possesses an opening (28) with markings, on which the adjusted position of the adjustment lever (21) is able to be read off.
7. Device according to one of the claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the slider (17) is able to be displaced approximately at right angles to the pressure peg (6) and possesses a slot (18) through which the pressure peg passes.
8. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the monitor needle (32) of the thread monitor (2) is pretensioned with a tension spring (35) whose mounting position on the frame side is able to be adjusted in order to alter the tension force.
9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the tension spring (35) is attached to an adjustment lever (36) which is mounted to be able to pivot.
10. Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the clamping device (1) and the thread monitor (2) form a component with a common base plate (7) and that the adjustment lever (21) for the clamping device and the adjustment lever (36) for the thread monitor are able to be fixed by means of a common cover plate (26).
