Abstract

For a holder of a current-compensated toroidal core inductor which is used for the conducted interference suppression of electrical apparatuses and is integrated in the plug body of an electrical mains plug, it is proposed to construct the lateral web (5) with the contact sleeves (6) fixed in it and with the cable core ends, and to construct the actual holder (2) with the toroidal core inductor (21) on the one hand and the plug link (11) with the plug pins (12) on the other hand in each case as a separate assembly unit (1, 10). Das Einführen der Kontakthülsen, das Einlegen der Ringkerndrossel und das Verbinden der Anschlußdrähte der Ringkerndrossel mit den Kontakthülsen beziehungsweise den Steckerstiften erfolgt dann jeweils in aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsgängen. Dabei hat es sich gezeigt, daß aufgrund der Einstückigkeit der Grundmontageeinheit bestimmte Arbeitsgänge nicht so effizient ausgeführt werden können, wie dies aufgrund des auszuführenden Vorgangs an sich eigentlich möglich wäre. An diesen schmalen Steg 9 legt sich bei der Montage der beiden Montageeinheiten 1 und 10 die Steckerbrücke 11 seitlich an. Halterung für eine der Einströmstörfestigkeit von elektrischen Geräten dienende und im Steckerkörper eines elektrischen Netzsteckers integrierte stromkompensierte Ringkerndrossel,
die einerseits mit zwei mechanisch über einen Quersteg fixierten Kontakthülsen zur Aufnahme der Kabeladern eines elektrischen Anschlußkables und andererseits mit zwei über eine Steckerbrücke im Normabstand zueinander fixierten Steckerstiften verbunden ist, und
wobei die aus dem Quersteg mit den Kontakthülsen und den Kabeladerenden, aus der Halterung mit der Ringkerndrossel, und aus der Steckerbrücke bestehende Einheit mit Kunststoff umspritzt wird und einen Griffkörper bildet, von dem einseitig die in eine Steckdose eines Stromversorgungsnetzes einsteckbaren Steckerstifte abstehen und andererseits das Anschlußkabel abgeht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Quersteg (5) mit den Kontakthülsen (6) und den Kabeladerenden, sowie die Halterung (2) mit der Ringkerndrossel (21) einerseits und die Steckerbrücke (11) mit den Steckerstiften (12) andererseits je eine separate Montageeinheit (1,10) bilden, die vor dem Umspritzen mit Kunststoff formschlüssig zusammengefügt werden.
