Claims (5)
- Ein Wederaufroller mit mehreren Rollen (9, 10, 11, 13) und einer Gruppe von drei motorisierten Rollen (6, 7, 8), wobei der Wideraufroller geeignet ist, ein Folienmaterial (3) mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit in Richtung dieser Gruppe von motorisierten Rollen (6,7,8) zu transportieren, die einen Wickelraum festlegen, in den nach und nach Kerne (2) eingeführt werden, auf die das besagte Folienmaterial (3) aufgerollt wird, wobei mindestens einer (8) der besagten drei Motorrollen (6,7,8) beweglich ist, um die Vergrößerung des Durchmessers der in der Verarbeitung befindlichen Spule (20) und deren Auswurf aus dem Raum zwischen den Rollen bei abgeschlossener Wicklung zu gestatten, und der darüberhinaus Mittel (16) für die Einsetzung der Kerne (2) in den Raum zwischen den Motorrollen (6,7) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Wideraufroller mit einem Motor (M1) ausgestattet ist, der diese bewegliche Motorrolle (8) zum Drehen bringt und der sich von dem Motor unterscheidet, der die anderen beiden Motorrollen (6,7) antreibt, einem Motor (M2) für die Steuerung der Verstellungen der beweglichen Motorrolle (8) und einem Motor (M4) für den Antrieb der Mittel (16) für die Einsetzung der Kerne (2), wobei zumindet die beiden letztgenannten Motoren (M2, M4) mit Encodern für die Positionskontrolle ausgestattet sind, die phasengleich mit einem Sollwert-Encoder eingestellt sind, der auf eine der beiden Motorrollen (6 oder 7) montiert ist und von der allgemeinen Motorisierung angetrieben wird.
- Wiederaufroller laut Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achsenabstand zwischen den Motorrollen (6,7) veränderbar ist, um die Einführung der Kerne (2) zu erleichtern,und daß diese Änderung durch einen separaten Motor (M3) erzielt wird, der eine geringfügige Verstellung einer (7) der beiden Motorrollen (6, 7) verursacht, wobei der Motor (M3) mit einem Encoder ausgestattet ist, um kontrollieren zu können, daß seine Position phasengleich mit dem besagten Sollwert-Encoder eingestellt wird.
- Wiederaufroller laut Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Motoren (M2, M3, M4) Brushless-Motoren sind.
- Wiederaufroller laut einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Motoren (M2, M3, M4) mit einer Wechsel-Drehbewegung arbeiten und die jweiligen Organe mit den entsprechenden starren Armen (b2,b3,b4) steuern.
- Wiederaufroller laut einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Motoren (M1-M4) ebensowie die allgemeine Motorisierung der Maschine mit einer Steuereinheit (C) verriegelt sind, die die Maschine automatisch steuert, und zwar insbesondere die Nullstellungen der Motoren (M2, M3, M4), ausgehend von den jeweils eingegebenen Daten, wie zum Beispiel dem Durchmesser der Kerne (2), dem Enddurchmesser der Spulen (20) und den Metern an Folienmaterial, das auf jeden Kern (2) gewickelt werden soll.
