Abstract

Nouveau composé (N-phthalimidoalkyle) pipéridine présentant un antagonisme de sigma-récepteur sélectif et par conséquent ayant une utilité dans le traitement de psychoses physiologiques ou induites par médicaments et de la dyskinésie chez un mammifère. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant des composés sigma-sélectifs et des procédés d'utilisation de ces compositions pour le traitement de psychoses physiologiques ou induites par médicaments ou de la dyskinésie chez un mammifère. Sont également décrits des procédés de préparation des composés de cette invention.
