Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Gußformen insbesondere aus granuliertem Material, bestehend aus Modellplatten, Dichtungsplatten, einer Armierung, mindestens einer Polymer-Hülle, einem Mittel zum Zuführen von granuliertem Material sowie Mitteln zum Unter-Vakuum-Setzen, die aus mindestens zwei Modellplatten bestehen, die in den Aufnahmen eines Halters angeordnet sind, wobei die Armierung außerdem drei Seiten hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter der Modellplatten (50, 60) im Prinzip aus zwei Kästen (30, 40) mit zwei Abteilen (32, 42 und 33, 43) besteht, die jeweils mit einer Vakuumquelle verbunden sind und zueinander an einem Gestell (10) gleiten und kippen können, das einen Vibriertisch (80) umgibt, auf dem eine Armierung (70) mit drei Seiten (71, 72, 73) angeordnet ist, die mit der Vakuumquelle verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das große Abteil (32, 42) jedes Kastens (30, 40) mit den Maßen einer Modellplatte (50, 60) ausgeführt ist, die dessen Verschließen durch Einfügen in einen Falz (321, 421) gewährleistet, der hierzu im Rand der Öffnung des genannten Abteils (32, 42) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kleine Abteil (33, 43) jedes Kastens (30, 40) vollkommen geschlossen ist und in seiner sich in der Verlängerung der Modellplatte befindlichen Wandung Luftdurchlaßöffnungen (331, 431) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des kleinen Abteils (33, 43) jedes Kastens (30, 40) ungefähr 2/3 der Breite der Armierung (70) entspricht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kästen (30, 40) mittels zweier Drehzapfen (31, 41), die seitlich in der mittleren Ebene jedes Kastens (30, 40) angeordnet sind, und mittels waagerechter Langlöcher (11), die Schienen bilden und im oberen Teil des Gestells (10) ausgeführt sind, gleiten und kippen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung von drei Seiten (71, 72, 73) eines rechtwinkligen Parallelogramms gebildet wird, dessen Oberseite fehlt, und dessen senkrechte Seiten (71, 72), die durch eine zentral angeordnete, von einem mikroperforierten Filter (741) bedeckte Hohlrippe (74) verbunden sind, jeweils neben einer Filtervorrichtung noch einen Vakuumanschluß (75) mit einem Rückschlagventil, einen Haltezapfen (76), einen Tragschuh (77) zum Anflanschen auf dem Vibriertisch und eine bearbeitete Fläche (78), die als geometrische Bezugsfläche für die Gußstücke dienen soll, aufweisen.
  7. Verfahren zur Anwendung der Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es im Prinzip darin besteht, nachdem das Gestell (10) um den Vibriertisch (80) herum angeordnet wurde, :
    - die Kästen in waagerechte Position zu bringen,
    - eine Modellplatte (50, 60) in jeden der Falze (321, 421) der großen Abteile jedes Kastens (30, 40) einzusetzen,
    - auf jeder Modellplatte (50, 60) einen Kunststoffilm (91, 92) wärmezuformen, der über jedes kleine Abteil (33, 43) hinausragt,
    - die beiden Abteile jedes Kastens durch Einwirken auf die Elektroventile (323, 423, 333, 433) mit der Vakuumquelle zu verbinden,
    - ggf. auf der Oberfläche jedes Films (91, 92) ein Trennmittel zu zerstäuben,
    - die Armierung (70) auf dem Vibriertisch (80) anzuordnen, nachdem die Kästen auseinanderbewegt und dann in senkrechte Position geschwenkt wurden,
    - die Modellplatten durch Gleiten der Drehzapfen (31, 41) der Kästen (30, 40) in den Langlöchern (11) des Gestells (10) an die Armierung anzulegen.
    - die Kästen (30, 40) mit dem Vibriertisch (80) fest zu verbinden, entweder direkt oder mit einem Zwischengestell (nicht dargestellt),
    - den freigelassenen Raum zwischen den beiden Modellplatten (50, 60) mit einem granulierten Material zu füllen, wobei der Vibriertisch in Betrieb ist,
    - die kleinen Abteile (33, 43) jedes Kastens (30, 40) durch Einwirken auf die Elektroventile (333, 433) unter atmosphärischen Druck setzen.
    - jedes der Enden des Kunststoffilms, das ein kleines Abteil des Kastens bedeckte, auf die Oberseite des Sandklumpens umzuschlagen,
    - die Hohlrippe (74) der Armierung mit der Vakuumquelle zu verbinden, um das Steifwerden des Klumpens zu erreichen,
    - das Vakuum in den großen Abteilen (32, 42) der Kästen (30, 40) mittels der entsprechenden Elektroventile (323, 423) zu beenden und jene zurückzubewegen, um die Armierung freizugeben,
    - den Sandklumpen zur Gußzeile hin herauszunehmen, wobei die Armierung unter Unterdruck gehalten wird,
    - die Kästen (30, 40) für einen neuen Arbeitszyklus wieder in waagerechte Position zu bringen.
