  2. Safety equipment as claimed in claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the safety latch (15) is provided with two optically distinguishable signal areas (19, 20) of which at a time only one is visible from outside and wherein the one signal area (20) indicates the locked idle position and the other signal area (19) indicates the released unloading position.
  3. Safety equipment as claimed in claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the signaling device (17) essentially comprises a circular segment (17) and that the swivel axis of the circular segment (17) coincidences with the centre of the circle and that the signal areas (19, 20) which are provided essentially parallel to the swivel axis are arranged on the periphery of the circular segment (17) and that the safety latch (15) is a lug (15) being attached to the circular segment (17) in the extention of the external limitation.
  4. Safety equipment as claimed in claim 2 or 3,
    characterized in that
    an inspection opening (21) being provided in the wall of the railroad car opens the signal area (19, 20) which is indicating the momentary switching position of the safety latch (15).
  5. Safety equipment as claimed in claim 4,
    characterized in that
    the inspection opening (21) is provided with a gauge glass (22) preferable operating as a magnifying lens.
  6. Safety equipment as claimed in one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the safety latch (15) is rigidly connected to and switchable through a second pivot magnet (13) wherein the pivot magnet (13) is arranged and / or is designed such that it responds to the stationary magnet (9) before the pivot magnet (10), for actuating the pilot valve (6, 7).
