Claims (12)
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants pour réaliser des murs vitrés continus pour bâtiments, ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés comprenant généralement des éléments profilés creux rectangulaires allongés, chacun incluant une multiplicité de talons (2, 7) qui s'étendent orthogonalement de l'un des côtés mineurs desdits éléments profilés creux, lesdits éléments profilés creux formant des poinçons (1) et des traverses (6) correspondantes, qui peuvent être mutuellement accouplés afin de donner une charpente fixe supportant des tables de verre, ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés comprenant en plus un ou plusieurs ultérieurs éléments profilés creux (6), chacun ayant un talon profilé (7) et adaptés à l'accouplement auxdits poinçons (1) afin de porter des plaques basculantes, l'assemblage comprend ultérieurement des éléments profilés de finissage (16, 17), des joints (15) d'étanchéité et/ou isolants thermiquement, lesdits éléments profilés creux étant tous pourvus, à l'un des côtés mineurs, de deux talons parallèles (2) et de deux sièges périmétriques (3), d'ultérieurs éléments profilés (6) coopérant avec ledit poinçon (1) pour donner lesdites traverses (6), lesdites traverses (6) étant pourvues de talons saillants (7) sur l'un de leurs côtés et y étant formé des sièges périmétriques (8), caractérisé en ce que lesdits poinçons (1) sont pourvus de parois d'épaisseur majeure; en ce que ledit assemblage comprend ultérieurement des éléments d'accouplement (10, 13) couplant lesdites traverses auxdits poinçons, l'ancrement d'une traverse à un poinçon étant effectué on appliquant audit poinçon, au moyen de vis autotaraudeuses (9), une plaque profilée (10) y ayant deux fentes horizontales (11), dans lesquelles fentes des projections ou talons correspondants formés sur la partie frontale d'une traversine (13) sont enclenchés glissants, lesdits talons (12) étant serrés à ladite plaque par au moins une cheville de fixation (14); et en ce que la traversine (13) est assurée au-dedans de ladite traverse (6).
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend un élément profilé montant de coin (4) ayant une partie évidée (5) substantiellement dièdre incluant une fente centrale pour y enclencher des vis, et des sièges de fixation périmétriques.
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur ladite traversine (13) il y est enclenché à pression ladite traverse (6), dans les talons saillants (7) de laquelle, scellés longitudinalement par un joint isolant d'étanchéité (15), y étant préalablement enclenché un élément en forme de plaque (16) où il est appliqué un élément enfichable scellant (17) fait en néoprène ou en un matérieau similaire, à la plaque profilée (10) accouplée au poinçon y étant appliqué un élément enfichable de finissage (18).
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend deux éléments profilés (19, 20) légèrement différents pour serrer des tables de verre (21) définant des vantaux mobiles; une gaine (22) pour accoupler les poinçons, un élément profilé (23) adapté à être alternativement utilisé comme traversine d'accouplement entre lesdits poinçons et des traverses formées par un élément profilé (24) pourvu de talons saillants (24').
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend deux types d'éléments profilés (25, 26) pour fixer au poinçon un vantail fixe (27) et un vantail mobile (21) simultanément, au moyen de différents types de garnitures (28, 29); en particulier, si les deux vantaux sont des vantaux mobiles, alors lesdits vantaux sont fixés à leur poinçon au moyen d'un élément profilé (30) en forme substantiellement de U, ayant des parois légèrement divergentes, avec lesquelles des joints d'étanchéité (29) coopèrent, tandis que si les vantaux sont fixes, alors ces derniers sont serrés au poinçon au moyen d'un élément profilé (31) substantiellement rectiligne.
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments profilés de fixation sont ancrés aux talons saillants (2) des poinçons par l'intermédiaire d'une vis (32), par intercalage d'un joint profilé (33), et en ce que sur la surface extérieure de l'élément profilé serrant le vantail mobile il est appliqué un ultérieur joint de recouvrement (34).
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend un élément profilé (35) avec un contour complexe, qui peut être appliqué aux poinçons de coin (4) et avec lequel il coopère un joint d'étanchéité (36) pour serrer, avec ses extrémités, une paire correspondante de vantaux fixes (27).
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément profilé (31) serrant une paire de vantaux fixes coplanaires, il y est appliqué, comme éléments de recouvrement, horizontalement ou verticalement, tous les deux éléments profilés (37, 38) pourvus de talons intérieurs et des éléments profilés (39, 40) correspondants, de leur part pourvus de guides latéraux intérieurs.
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément profilé serrant un vantail fixe et un vantail mobile et sur l'élément profilé serrant une paire de vantaux mobiles, y sont appliqués, comme éléments de recouvrement, respectivement un élément profilé asymétrique (41) remplaçant lesdits éléments de recouvrement (28) et un élément profilé (42) en forme de U.
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits poinçons et vantaux fixes sont pourvus de joints d'étanchéité (43) et que, lorsqu'un des vantaux ou plaques a une épaisseur mineure (27'), alors un élément profilé (44) d'écartement coopère avec le poinçon correspondant.
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend un élément profilé de recouvrement dièdre (45), un élément profilé de recouvrement vertical (46), quatre poinçons, de contour demi-rond, un élément profilé de recouvrement horizontal (47), ayant coins arrondis, en dehors d'un joint plié recourbé (48).
- Un assemblage d'éléments profilés concourants selon l'une ou plusieurs des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments profilés (19, 20) serrant lesdits vantaux mobiles portent un bras d'aluminium (49), pour permettre l'ouverture des vantaux, et étant pourvus d'un ou plusieurs joints d'aboutissement (50).
