Since the venturi throat portion 53 is adequately cooled in the above manner, the fuel discharge openings 56 and a front-end portion of the fuel feed pipe 14 connected thereto are also adequately cooled to prevent the fuel from being thermally decomposed in the fuel discharge openings 56. When the fuel is thermally decomposed to produce carbon particles, the fuel discharge openings 56 are clogged with the thus produced carbon particles. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the fuel discharge openings 56 from being clogged with the carbon particles by adequately cooling the venturi throat portion 53.

Claims (9)
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung mit:(a) einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (31) mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt, das durch wärmeisolierendes Material (41) umgeben ist;(b) einer zylindrischen Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung (32) mit einer Anzahl von Verbrennungsgas-Kanälen angrenzend aneinander zur Bildung einer Anzahl von bienenwabenförmigen Kanalwandflächen, die insgesamt einen bienenwabenförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, durch den ein Verbrennungsgas axial hindurchströmt, welche zylindrische Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung drehbar in dem rohrförmigen Gehäuse angeordnet ist und auf einer Trägerwelle (31a) gedreht wird, die in dem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (31) montiert ist, wobei die Achse der Trägerwelle ausgerichtet ist mit einer Achse des rohrförmigen Gehäuses und einer Antriebseinheit (40) mit der Trägerwelle (31a) verbunden ist;(c) einer mit Mischgas-Einlaßeinrichtung (35) mit einem Mischgaseinlaß, der zu der zylindrischen Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung (32) offen ist;(d) einer Hilfseinlaßeinrichtung (36) mit einem Steuerbrenner (12), welche Hilfseinlaßeinrichtung mit einem Hilfseinlaß für Mischgas versehen ist, der in die Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung (32) mündet;(e) einer Verbrennungsgas-Auslaßeinrichtung mit einem Verbrennungsgasauslaß, der auf einer Seite in die Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung einmündet,
gekennzeichnet durch(f) zwei Kammern (34a,34b), von denen eine (34a) als Einlaß- und Auslaßkammer eines sauerstoffhaltigen Gas/Brennstoff-Mischgases dient, während die andere (34b) als Einlaß- und Auslaßkammer des Verbrennungsgases dient, welche beide Kammern (34a,34b) an einem axialen Endbereich des rohrförmigen Gehäuses (31) angrenzend aneinander auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer diametralen Trennwand (33) ausgebildet sind, die einstückig geformt ist mit dem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (31), welche Mischgas-Einlaßöffnung in einen Seitenbereich der Einlaßkammer (34a) mündet, während die Hilfseinlaßöffnung in die Einlaßkammer (34a) im Abstand von der Mischgas-Einlaßöffnung und im rechten Winkel zu dieser mündet, wobei eine Verbrennungsgas-Auslaßöffnung (37) in einen Seitenbereich der Auslaßkammer (34b) des Verbrennungsgases mündet;(g) eine Verbrennungsgaskammer (38), die im axialen Endbereich des rohrförmigen Gehäuses (31) gegenüber der Verbrennungsgas-Einlaßkammer (34a) und -Auslaßkammer (34b) angeordnet ist. - Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbrennungsvorrichtung weiterhin eine Mischeinheit für sauerstoffhaltiges Gas und Brennstoff aufweist, die versehen ist mit:
einem Venturi-Rohr (50) mit einer Venturi-Engstelle (53), die durch wärmeisolierendes Material (61) umgeben ist;
einer Brennstoffzufuhrleitung mit einer Brennstoffaustrittsdüse (56), die in die Venturi-Engstelle des Venturi-Rohres einmündet, welche Brennstoffaustrittsdüse im vorderen Endbereich der Brennstoffzufuhrleitung vorgesehen ist;
einer Kühleinheit (57,58,59) zum Kühlen eines geeigneten Bereichs der Brennstoffaustrittsdüse der Brennstoffzufuhrleitung in Verbindung mit der Brennstoffaustrittsdüse. - Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bienenwabenförmigen Wandflächen der zylindrischen Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtung (32) überzogen sind mit Katalysatoren zur Erzielung einer katalytischen Verbindung des Mischgases.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Katalysator Platin oder Paladium umfaßt.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Einlaßkanaleinrichtungen (31) und der Auslaßeinrichtungen (31) aus wenigstens einem keramischen Material aus der Gruppe Silikonkarbid, Zirkonoxyd und Cordierit hergestellt ist.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bienenwaben-Kanaleinrichtung (32) aus wenigstens einem keramischen Material der Gruppe Silikonkarbid, Zirkonoxyd und Cordierit hergestellt ist.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Venturi-Rohr (50) aus wenigstens einem der keramischen Materialien der Gruppe Silikonkarbid, Zirkonoxyd und Cordierit hergestellt ist.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der rohrförmigen Gehäuse (31) und der zylindrischen Verbrennungsgas-Kanaleinrichtungen (32) aus wenigstens einem keramischen Material der Gruppe Silikonkarbid, Zirkonoxyd und Cordierit hergestellt ist.
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Venturi-Rohr (50) aus wenigstens einem keramischen Material der Gruppe Silikonkarbid, Zirkonoxyd und Cordierit hergestellt ist.
