Werbeträger deutlich herabgesetzt wird, da die Einwirkungsdauer dieser Werbeträger auf die Betrachter allenfalls flüchtig oder kurz ist. Im schlechtesten Falle ist wegen des Vorbeifahrens an Plakatwänden mit dem üblichen Tempo des Straßenverkehrs und wegen der Konzentration auf den Straßenverkehr die Einwirkung der Werbung vermindert. Auch bei ungeduldigem Warten auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel an Haltestellen wird der Fahrgast die Werbung an der Haltestelle kaum aufnehmen.
