  • the lengths S of the film can be varied by increasing or decreasing the advancement velocity of the film, but in order to obtain a perfect cut it is necessary to maintain the film velocity lower than the knife 7 velocity.

Claims (6)

  1. Mechanismus (1) zum Zuführen und Zerschneiden von Folienbahnen für automatische Verpackungsmaschinen, enthaltend eine Walze (2) für die von einer Spule kommende Folie (M) aus Kunststoffmaterial, gehalten von einer Trägerstruktur (3) der genannten Maschine und angeordnet stromaufwärts von einem ersten Transportband (4) für die genannte Folie (M), welches Transportband (4) die genannte Folie (M) mit einer vorbestimmten Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit (V) und im Takt mit der genannten Maschine vorzieht, und welches Transportband (4) unterhalb und zu einem zweiten Transportband (5) hin geneigt angeordnet ist, welches zweite Transportband (5) eine Verpackungsstation (6) beschickt; wobei der genannte Mechanismus mit einem Messer (7) ausgestattet ist, versehen mit Mitteln (8) zum Halten und kontinuierlichen Bewegen, und zwar im Takt mit der genannten Maschine, welches Messer (7) dicht an und quer zu der genannten Maschine und stromaufwärts von dem genannten ersten Transportband (4) angeordnet ist und die Aufgabe hat, Abschnitte (S) von bestimmten Längen der genannten Folie (M) zu schneiden, die auf dem genannten ersten Transportband (4) transportiert wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel (8) zum Halten und Bewegen des genannten Messers (7) aus einem parallel zueinander liegenden und einander zugewandten Kettenpaar (9) bestehen, das von entsprechenden Seitenwänden der genannten Trägerstruktur (3) getragen wird, wobei jede Kette (9) um wenigstens ein entsprechendes erstes Paar von Zahnrädern (10) und (11) geschlossen ist, von denen wenigstens ein Zahnrad (10) angetrieben ist und im Takt mit der genannten Maschine läuft; wobei das genannte Kettenpaar starr und beiderseitig das genannte Messer (7) trägt, wodurch dessen kontinuierliche Bewegung erlaubt ist, und zwar in einem ungefähr kreisförmigen Zyklus, so dass das genannte Messer (7) zyklisch und virtuell lotrecht zu der und in die gleiche Ebene gebracht wird wie das genannte erste Transportband (4), und zwar in eine Eingriffsposition im Verhältnis zu der genannten Folie (M), welches dann bei einer Umlaufgeschwindigkeit (V₁), die grösser ist als die Vorlaufgeschwindigkeit (V) der genannten Folie (M), die Folie (M) selbst in Abschnitte (S) von bestimmter Länge schneidet.
  2. Schneidmechanismus nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass das genannte zweite Transportband (5) kinematisch durch einen Hauptgetriebemotor (25) angetrieben ist, und dass das genannte erste Transportband (4) kinematisch über eine Kulisse (26) mit dem gleichen genannten Getriebemotor (25) verbunden ist, welche Kulisse (26) eine unterbrochene Drehbewegung des genannten Transportbandes (4) bewirkt, und zwar mit differenzierten Geschwindigkeiten, so dass das Entfernen von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abschnitten (S) der Folie (M) voneinander erlaubt ist; und dadurch, dass eins der genannten ersten Paare von Zahnrädern (10 und 11) über eine entsprechende Kette (27) an den genannten Hauptgetriebemotor (25) angeschlossen ist; wobei jedes der genannten ersten Paare von Zahnrädern (10 und 11) von der genannten Trägerstruktur (3) gehalten wird und und ein zweites angetriebenes Zahnrad (14) aufweist, das zwischen dem entsprechenden ersten Paar von Zahnrädern (10 und 11 ) eingesetzt ist, um den genannten Umlauf des genannten Messers (7) zu beschreiben.
  3. Schneidmechanismus nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass das genannte erste Transportband (4) ein doppeltes Walzenpaar (18 und 19) aufweist, angeordnet beiderseitig des genannten Messers (7), und dadurch, dass wenigstens eine der genannten Walzen (18 und 19) des Walzenpaares, das sich stromabwärts von dem genannten Messer (7) befindet, mit einer Geschwindigkeit angetrieben wird, die grösser ist als die des stromaufwärts verbleibenden Paares, und zwar auf solche Weise, dass die Spannung der genannten Folie (M) bewirkt wird, um einen präzisen Schnitt der genannten Folie (M) zu erlauben.
  4. Schneidmechanismus nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass jedes genannte erste Paar von Zahnrädern (10 und 11) von der genannten Trägerstruktur (3) getragen wird und ein zweites angetriebenes Zahnrad (14) aufweist, das zwischen dem entsprechenden genannten ersten Paar von Zahnrädern (10 und 11) angeordnet ist, um den genannten Umlauf des genannten Messers (7) zu beschreiben.
  5. Schneidmechanismus nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass das genannte erste Transportband (4) mit einem Schneidblock (15) versehen ist, angeordnet quer und stromaufwärts im Verhältnis zu dem genannten ersten Transportband (4), und zwar auf solche Weise, dass er in der Eingriffs- und Schneidposition des genannten Abschnittes (S) mit dem Messer (7) zusammenarbeitet.
  6. Schneidmechanismus nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass das genannte erste Transportband (4) in zwei sich im Kontakt miteinander befindliche Abschnitte (4a und 4b) aufgeteilt ist, und zwar auf solche Weise, dass eine einzige Transportfläche für die genannte Folie (M) gebildet wird, welche im Verhältnis zu dem genannten zweiten Transportband (5) einen geneigten Verlauf haben in einer Vorschubrichtung (A), die im wesentlichen entgegengesetzt zu der Vorschubrichtung (B) des genannten zweiten Transportbandes (5) verläuft.
