- the conveyor belt 4 is subdivised into two contacting halves 4a and 4b, so as to realise a single passage plane for said film M, while at the same time providing differently and oppositely inclined halves with respect to the conveyor belt 5 and being arranged in such a way as to transport the film M in an advancement direction (indicated by arrow A in fig.1) opposite to the advancement direction of the conveyor belt 5 (indicated by arrow B in fig. 1).
- the cogged wheels 10 and 11 and the chains 9 permit of a continuous movement of the knife 7, through a path which is virtually circular, so as to bring the said knife 7, cyclically, into a position of interference, perpendicular to the first conveyor belt 4 (visible in fig. 1) and in correspondence with said conveyor belt 4; at this point the knife 7, co-operating with the cutting-block 15 which lifts a section of the film M, performs the cutting of the film M, at a velocity V1, at the point of the film M lifted by the said cutting-block 15, faster at that point than the velocity V of advancement of the film M.
- the lengths S of the film can be varied by increasing or decreasing the advancement velocity of the film, but in order to obtain a perfect cut it is necessary to maintain the film velocity lower than the knife 7 velocity.
- the stopping of the knife 7, for the changing of the size of the lengths S or when the reel of film M finishes, means that the entire group, including the first transport station, must be arrested.

Claims (6)
- Mécanisme (1) d'alimentation et de découpage d'un film pour des machines automatiques à conditionner des produits, comprenant une dérouleuse (2) de film (M) de matière plastique en provenance d'une bobine, supportée par une structure de support (3) de ladite machine et disposée en amont d'une première courroie transporteuse (4) pour le transport dudit film (M), laquelle courroie fait avancer ledit film (M) à une vitesse prédéterminée (V) en phase avec ladite machine et est disposée au-dessous de, et inclinée vers une deuxième courroie transporteuse (5) qui alimente un poste d'empaquetage (6); ledit mécanisme (1) étant équipé d'un couteau (7) ayant des moyens (8) de support et de mouvement en continu et étant en phase avec ladite machine, lequel couteau (7) est placé à proximité de, et transversalement à ladite machine et en amont de ladite première courroie transporteuse (4) et a pour fonction de découper des portions de longueur prédéterminée (S) dudit film (M) qui est transporté sur ladite première courroie transporteuse (4), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (8) de support et de mouvement dudit couteau (7) comporte une paire de chaîne (9) parallèles l'une à l'autre et en regard entre elles, supportées par de respectives parois latérales de ladite structure de support (3), chaque chaîne (9) entourant en circuit fermé au moins une première paire correspondante de roues dentées (10) et (11) dont au moins une roue dentée (10) est entraînée par un moteur et en phase avec ladite machine; ladite paire de chaîne supportant rigidement et aux deux côtés ledit couteau (7) de manière à permettre son mouvement continu à travers un cycle sensiblement circulaire, de sorte que ledit couteau (7) est amené cycliquement, sensiblement perpendiculaire à et dans le même plan que ladite première courroie transporteuse (4), à une position d'interférence par rapport audit film (M) qui est ensuite découpé selon des portions (S) de longueurs prédéterminées, à une vitesse périphérique (V₁) plus élevée que la vitesse d'avancement (V) dudit film (M).
- Mécanisme de découpage selon la revendication 1, où ladite deuxième courroie transporteuse (5) est entraînée par un motoréducteur principal (25) et ladite première courroie transporteuse (4) est reliée cinématiquement au même motoréducteur (25) au moyen d'une liaison (26) définissant un mouvement de rotation discontinu de ladite courroie transporteuse (4) à des vitesses différenciées, de manière à permettre l'éloignement réciproque de deux portions (S) de film (M) en succession, caractérisé en ce que l'une desdites premières paires de roues dentées (10, 11) est reliée audit motoréducteur principal (25) au moyen d'une chaîne correspondante (27); chacune desdites premières paires de roues dentées (10, 11) étant supportée par ladite structure de support (3) et ayant une deuxième roue dentée conduite (14) intercalée entre ladite première paire correspondante de roue dentées (10, 11), de manière à définir le circuit dudit couteau.
- Mécanisme de découpage selon la revendication 1, où ladite première courroie transporteuse (4) présente deux paires de rouleaux (18 et 19) disposés aux deux côtés dudit couteau (7), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits rouleau (18 et 19) de la paire de rouleaux qui se trouve en aval dudit couteau (7) est entraîné à une vitesse plus élevée que celle de ladite paire restante disposée en amont, de manière à définir une tension dudit film (M) suffisante à permettre qu'il soit découpé de manière précise.
- Mécanisme de découpage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites premières paires de roues dentées (10, 11) est supportée par ladite structure de support (3) et présente une deuxième roue dentée conduite (14) intercalée entre ladite première paire correspondante de roue dentées (10 et 11), de manière à définir le circuit dudit couteau (7).
- Mécanisme de découpage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première courroie transporteuse (4) est pourvue d'un bloc de découpage (15) disposé transversalement et en amont de ladite première courroie transporteuse (4), de manière à coopérer avec ledit couteau (7), à ladite position d'interférence et de découpage de ladite portion (S) de film.
- Mécanisme de découpage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première courroie transporteuse (4) est divisée en deux parties (4a et 4b) en contact, de manière à réaliser un seul plan de transport dudit film (M), ces deux parties ayant un développement incliné par rapport à ladite deuxième courroie transporteuse (5) et une direction d'avancement (A) sensiblement opposée à la direction d'avancement (B) de ladite deuxième courroie transporteuse (5).
