Description

Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, daß eine weitere Reibung des abgetrennten Seitenbretts an dem umlaufenden Kreissägeblatt verhindert wird.   • eine Abstützeinrichtung, die in einem zweiten Abstand von dem Trennelement angeordnet ist, der kleiner als der erste Abstand ist, und die eine Kraft auf die der Spaltebene zugewandte Oberfläche des getrennten Profilstücks ausübt.

Richtung zurückgelenkt wird, die der Vorschubrichtung des Schnittgutes entspricht, so daß eine Weiterbehandlung des abgetrennten Schnittgutes im Rahmen einer gesamthaften Bearbeitungsanlage für das Schnittgut möglich ist. Die weiter oben genannten Nachteile einer möglichen lokalen Überbeanspruchung des Trennelementes werden andererseits mittels der Abstützeinrichtung vermieden, weil die Abstützeinrichtung einen Teil der oder auch die gesamte Belastung aufnehmen kann, die von der Umlenkeinrichtung über das abgebogene Profilstück auf das Trennelement ausgeübt wird. Im Rahmen der Abstützeinrichtung ergeben sich dabei erheblich mehr konstruktive Möglichkeiten für eine reibungsarme Gestaltung, als dies beim Trennelement selbst möglich ist, weil das Trennelement sich auf extrem beengtem Raum unmittelbar am Werkzeug befindet und dort seine Abbiegefunktion ausüben muß. Dies schränkt die konstruktiven Möglichkeiten bei der Realisierung des Trennelementes erheblich ein.The object underlying the invention is completely achieved in this way.
