- US-A-2 826 281 présente un mode d'ancrage et de scellement d'une colonne verticale 10, nécessitant pour sa mise en place dans le sol, la préparation d'un trou 11 au fond duquel on enfonce la colonne 10 après avoir glissé sur celle-ci une bague 13 munie de quatre logements équidistants et inclinésl8 d'étais traversiers 20. Cette bague 13 est immobilisée sur la colonne 10 au moyen d'une vis 14 se bloquant sur la colonne. Le trou 11 est comblé après enfoncement des étais.

Claims (10)
- Pièce d'ancrage et de scellement sec et immédiat destinée à être enfoncée dans un milieu environnant (2), à y être ancrée au moyen d'étais traversiers (3) et capable, après son ancrage, de recevoir et d'immobiliser un objet (17) à ancrer et sceller dans ledit milieu environnant (2), ladite pièce d'ancrage comportant un plot (1) de scellement et au moins deux étais traversiers rigides (3), ledit plot (1) comportant un axe longitudinal et au moins deux paires de trous (4), chaque paire étant constituée d'un trou d'entrée et d'un trou de sortie pour un étai (3), les axes des trous d'entrée et de sortie d'une paire étant colinéaires et définissant l'axe de pénétration dudit étai (3), les axes de pénétration étant obliques par rapport audit axe longitudinal et les deux trous de chaque paire étant éloignés l'un de l'autre pour permettre un maintien stable des étais traversiers.
- Pièce d'ancrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par moulage, en métal, plastique ou béton (fig. 6,8,9,13,14).
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un moyen de fixation par vis (27) d'un objet extérieur, et des paires de trous de passage et d'encastrement stable d'étais traversiers supplémentaires.
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée en métal, plastique ou béton (fig.14), de section carrée creuse, et comporte des paires de trous de passage et d'encastrement stable d'étais d'ancrage sur ses quatre côtés.
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que dans au moins l'une des paires de trous passe un étai qui contribue au clavetage de l'objet à ancrer et sceller (fig 5,10,11,12).
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée de portions de plusieurs profilés simples soudés entre eux (fig.1,2,4,7) de façon à être apte à recevoir un objet à ancrer et sceller, tel un poteau.
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un collier (19) capable d'obturer une encoche (20) pratiquée dans ledit plot (1) de scellement .
- Pièce d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un tuteur, provisoire ou non, amovible ou non, qui permet de la positionner et de la maintenir rigidement pendant l'enfoncement des étais.
- Procédé d'ancrage et de scellement légers d'un objet au moyen d'une pièce d'ancrage et de scellement sec et immédiat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans un milieu environnant, particulièrement dans le sol,
caractérisé par les phases suivantes,préparation d'un trou pour la mise en place du plot (1) de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement,mise en position optionnelle d'un tuteur selon la revendication 8, pour le positionnement de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement, le guidage des étais et leur maintien rigide pendant leur enfoncement,mise en place, par enfoncement, du plot (1) de scellementmise en place de l'objet à ancrer et sceller dans le plot (1) de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement, cette mise en place dudit objet pouvant aussi être réalisée en fin de procédé,engagement des étais (3) au travers de l'éventuel tuteur, du plot (1) d'ancrage et de scellement et, éventuellement, de l'objet à ancrer et sceller,battage angulaire précis des étais pour leur enfoncement dans le milieu environnant,retrait éventuel du tuteur,comblage éventuel entre le lieu du scellement et la pièce à ancrer et sceller etlestage optionel de ladite pièce d'ancrage et de scellement. - Procédé d'ancrage et de scellement lourds d'un objet au moyen d'une pièce d'ancrage et de scellement sec et immédiat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans un milieu environnant, particulièrement dans le sol,
caractérisé par les phases suivantes,préparation d'un trou pour la mise en place du plot (1) de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement,coulage de béton dans le trou,mise en position éventuelle d'un tuteur selon la revendication 8, pour le positionnement de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement, le guidage des étais (3) et le maintien rigide des étais pendant leur enfoncement,mise en place, par enfoncement, du plot (1) de scellement de la pièce d'ancrage et, éventuellement, liaison avec le tuteur,engagement des étais (3) dans le tuteur, s'il a été mis en place, et dans le plot (1) de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement,mise en place de l'objet à ancrer et sceller dans le plot (1) de la pièce d'ancrage et de scellement, cette mise en place dudit objet pouvant aussi être réalisée en fin de procédé,battage angulaire précis des étais (3) pour leur enfoncement dans le béton puis dans le milieu environnant,utilisation éventuelle immédiate de l'objet à ancrer et sceller, pour de faibles efforts mécaniques avant durcissement du béton,retrait ou non du tuteur,attente de durcissement du béton,mise en oeuvre des charges prévues après durcissement du béton.
