The length of the internal thread (5) is greater than the minimum screw-in length of the tension bar.

Description

The invention relates to a rod anchor arrangement for rods and eye rods that are subjected to tension, in which the rod anchor consists of a rod anchor body with a bore with an internal thread for screwing in a tension rod provided with an external thread, and of two mutually parallel eye flaps adjoining the anchor body for receiving an eye rod.

Derartige Stabankeranordnungen sind seit langem bekannt.Such rod anchor arrangements have been known for a long time.

The problem with these arrangements is that it must always be ensured that the tension rod is in any case screwed into the internal thread of the rod anchor up to the minimum screw-in length.

Diese Anordnung zeigt die DE-U 87 07 293.Attempts have been made to solve this with a construction in which a control hole arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis was provided in the rod anchor body, through which the prescribed minimum screwing length of the tension rod into the internal thread of the tie rod can be determined. This arrangement is shown in DE-U 87 07 293.

Although this solution has already been successfully used by the applicant and inventor in buildings (University of Applied Sciences Bieberach), this solution did not appear to be completely satisfactory. The control hole always results in an undesirable weakening of the cross-section, even if the edge zones of the control hole are reinforced by a bead.

In addition, such a control hole does not look good on a bead-like reinforcement. In addition, no tolerance ranges were ascertainable with this control borehole.

The object underlying the invention was to provide a rod anchor arrangement of the type mentioned, in which it is ensured in any case that the required minimum insertion length can be maintained in any case. In addition, the minimum turning length should always be ensured with a positive or a negative tolerance.

This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1.

Further features of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

The invention will now be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

In the drawing shows

Fig. 1b

and
Fig. 2
a cross-section of the rod anchor assembly according to the invention.

Über die Abmessungen dieses Innengewindes wird noch zu sprechen sein.FIG. 1 a shows a rod anchor 1 with an anchor body 2, to which two eye tabs 3 connect, into which an eye bolt 4 shown in FIG. 2 can be inserted. The rod anchor 2 has a bore in which an internal thread 5 is provided. We will have to talk about the dimensions of this internal thread.

A smooth tolerance compensation section 6 is provided at the outer end of the bore. A further tolerance compensation section 7 is preferably provided on the other side of the internal thread, as can be seen in FIG. 2.

A tension rod 8 can be screwed into the internal thread 5 of the bore of the rod anchor 2 by means of an external thread 9. In this connection it should be noted that these tension rods have a tension lock character, i.e. that a right-hand thread is provided at one end and a left-hand thread is provided at the other end, not shown. Likewise, there are rod anchors with right or left internal thread. As can be seen from FIG. 2, an eye rod 10 can be inserted between the two eye flaps 3 and is then held by the eye bolt 4. This is in turn prevented by a circlip 11 from sliding out.

The dimensions of the individual threads are of particular importance.

Finally, FIGS. 1a and 1b also show a depression 12, which is preferably made on two opposite sides of the tension rod, which makes it easier to screw the tension rod into the rod anchor.

The dimensions of the individual threads and the tolerance compensation sections are chosen so that when the tension rod is screwed in so far is that the thread is no longer visible, the minimum screwing length of the external thread 9 into the internal thread 5 of the rod anchor 2 is at least reached. In other words: the length of the external thread 9 of the tension rod 8 and also the length of the internal thread 5 of the rod anchor 2 essentially corresponds to the minimum turning length plus the length of a tolerance compensation section 6. One can therefore achieve a certain tolerance compensation taking into account these thread lengths without the Is less than the minimum turning length. It is also more aesthetic if there is no exposed thread.

The remaining dimensions of the new rod anchor arrangement are also very important. If one takes the cross section of the tension rod 8 with its diameter D as a unit dimension, then the eye straps have the following dimensions: The material thickness d1 of the eye straps in the direction of the tensile stress corresponds approximately to the diameter D of the tension rod. The material thickness of the eye flaps in a direction perpendicular to it, going through the center of the eye bolt, d2 corresponds approximately to 0.74 times the diameter of the tension rod. The width d3 at the transition from the eye flaps 3 into the anchor body, measured at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis, corresponds approximately to 1.04 times the diameter of the tension rod. The same dimensions can be found as dimension d4 from the end point of dimension d3 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

The cross-sectional dimensions of the eye flaps 3 in the vicinity of the eye bolt 4 are d5 and thus correspond approximately to 0.5 times the diameter D of the tension rod. These dimensions are reduced on d6 on both sides of the eye bolt to about 0.4 times the diameter of the tension rod.

The eye of the eye rod 10, which is a flat rod, has the same radial dimensions d1, d2, d3 and d4 as the eye tabs of the rod anchor.

This rod anchor arrangement according to the invention is to be regarded as an overall arrangement and should only be used and used with the specified dimensional ratios, since these dimensions, which has been fully confirmed by calculations and tests, represent an optimum in shape, material utilization, simple assembly and simple disassembly. Deviations should therefore never be made.

This new rod anchor arrangement can thus be installed and removed in a few simple steps and the required minimum screw-in length can be monitored easily and effectively by the fact that no threads are visible.

The external thread 9 is preferably rolled up on the tension rod, which contributes considerably to the stability of the thread and to the strength of the entire rod anchor arrangement. The problem to be solved by the invention is clearly solved.
