Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trennschieberanordnung mit zwei oberhalb und unterhalb einer geteilten Stromschiene angeordneten, zwischen deren einander gegenüberliegenden Enden verschieblich angeordneten Spannstücken, die von einer Spannschraube durchquert sind. Bei den bekannten Trennschieberanordnungen, die vielfach bei Reihenklemmen zum Einsatz kommen (DE-B-24 30 736),haben die Spannstücke in der Offenstellung der Spannschraube, d.h. bei gegebener Verschiebemöglichkeit, nur einen unzureichenden Halt und eine unzureichende Führung auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen der geteilten Stromschiene. Es kommt beim Verschieben vielfach zu Verkantungen und es ist dann schwierig, den Spannschieber zu schließen, in dem man die Spannstücke auf das in der Schließstellung zu beaufschlagende Ende des bislang nicht angeschlossenen Stromschienenteiles zuschieben. In begrenztem Ausmaß versucht man Abhilfe dadurch zu schaffen, daß man für die Stromschiene zumindest in diesen Endbereichen und auch für die Spannstücke besondere Profilierungen, insbesondere in Form Hinterschneidungen, vorsieht, was den konstruktiven Aufbau derartiger Blechbiegeteile erheblich verkompliziert und damit verteuert. In der Schließstellung des Trennschiebers werden bei der bisherigen Ausgestaltung bei Anziehen der Spannschraube nicht unbeträchtliche Kräfte auf beide Teile der geteilten Stromschiene aufgebracht, mit dem Ergebnis, daß beide Stromschienenteile in einem umgebenden Gehäuse od. dgl. einer besonderen verdreh- und verkantungssicheren Verankerung bedürfen. To a limited extent, attempts are being made to remedy this by providing special profiles, in particular in the form of undercuts, for the conductor rail, at least in these end regions and also for the clamping pieces, which considerably complicates the structural design of such bent sheet metal parts and thus makes it more expensive. In the closed position of the gate valve, the previous configuration when tightening the tensioning screw, not inconsiderable forces are applied to both parts of the divided busbar, with the result that both busbar parts or the like in a surrounding housing or the like require special twist and tilt-proof anchoring. This also complicates and increases the cost of production.
Es ist ferner aus der DE-C-31 46 914 eine Trennklemme bekannt, bei der ein Trennschieber, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem oberen und einem unteren Spannstück, die von einer Spannschraube durchquert werden, im Klemmengehäuse auf einer ungeteilten Stromschiene hin- und herverschieblich angeordnet ist, der aus dem Klemmengehäuse heraus zu einer vorbeiführenden Sammelschiene verschoben werden kann. Um den Trennschieber einwandfrei ohne Verkantungsgefahr verschieben zu können, ist dabei bereits auf dem oberen Spannstück oberseitig ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes Führungsteil angeordnet, das mit einer oberen Gleitfläche großflächig an einer Innenwand des Isolierstoffgehäuses dieser Trennklemme geführt ist. Damit wird die bei diesem Klemmentyp baulich vorhandene Möglichkeit der Führung des Trennschiebers am Isolierstoffgehäuse der Klemme genutzt. In weiterer Ausgestaltung befindet sich an dem Führungsteil rückwärtig eine nach unten weisende Abwinklung, an der Stege vorgesehen sind, die von hinten in das obere und untere Spannstück vorstehen. Diese Anordnung trägt zur Führung nicht bei, sondern verhindert, daß beim Anziehen der Spannschraube die Spannstücke seitlich aus der Spannebene herausdrehen können. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Trennschieberanordnung der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, die bei einfachem konstruktiven Aufbau ein gehöhtes, verkantungsfreies Bewegen und eine zuverlässige Festsetzung der Spannstücke gewährleistet. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ergibt sich aus dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1. Dank der rückwärtigen Führungsleiste an einem der Spannstücke und der rückwärtigen Verlängerung an dem anderen Spannstück sowie der Führung dieser Führungsleiste sowohl in einer Durchbrechung des abgebogenen Schenkels des einen Stromschienenteiles als auch dahinter in der Verlängerung des anderen Spannstückes bilden die beiden Spannstücke nunmehr ein stabiles, lagehaltiges Verbundsystem mit Führung an dem einen Stromschienenteil, das sich problemlos zuverlässig und verkantungsfrei zwischen der Offenstellung und der Schließstellung der Trennschieberanordnung auf den Stromschienenteilen hin- und herbewegen läßt. Man kann dabei trotzdem auf komplizierte Profilierungen an den Stromschienenteilen und/oder den Spannstücken verzichten. In der Schließstellung der Trennschieberanordnung bildet sich zwischen der Spannstelle und der Durchtrittsstelle der Führungsleiste durch den abgebogenen Schenkel des einen Stromschienenteiles ein kurzes, in sich geschlossenes Kräftesystem aus, das auch eine stabile Festsetzung gewährleistet. Dabei wird die gesamte Spannkraft praktisch nur von diesem einen Stromschienenteil aufgenommen, das entsprechend in einem Gehäuse oder dergleichen zu verankern ist, während das andere Teilstück der geteilten Stromschiene keiner besonderen Verankerung mehr bedarf. In weiterer zweckmäßiger Ausgestaltung braucht auch nur dieses die Spannkraft aufnehmende Stromschienenteil im Bereich des Trennschiebers mit einem Eintrittsschlitz für die Spannschraube versehen zu werden.The present invention has for its object to provide a gate valve assembly of the generic type, which ensures a heightened, tilt-free movement and a reliable fixing of the clamping pieces with a simple construction.
