Definitions
- the invention relates to a separating slide arrangement with two clamping pieces arranged above and below a divided busbar, between the opposite ends of which are arranged displaceably and which are traversed by a clamping screw.
- the clamping pieces In the known isolating slide arrangements, which are often used for terminal blocks (DE 24 30 736 B2), the clamping pieces have in the open position of the clamping screw, i.e. given the possibility of displacement, only inadequate hold and inadequate guidance on the mutually opposite end regions of the divided busbar. Tilting often occurs when moving and it is then difficult to close the cocking slide by pushing the clamping pieces towards the end of the previously unconnected busbar part to be acted on in the closed position.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a slide valve arrangement of the generic type which, with a simple structural design, ensures guided, tilt-free movement and reliable fixing of the clamping pieces.
- the solution according to the invention results from the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Thanks to the guiding approach on one of the clamping pieces and the definition of the end of this guiding approach in the extension of the other clamping piece, the two clamping pieces now form a stable, stocked composite system that is reliable and tilt-free can move back and forth between the open position and the closed position of the isolating slide arrangement on the parts of the busbar, all the more so since the guide projection of the one clamping piece is guided in an opening in an adjacent element of the isolating slide arrangement.
- the slide gate can be transferred to the closed position without any problems. You can still do without complicated profiles on the busbar parts and / or the clamping pieces. It is also of particular advantage that, in the closed position of the separating slide arrangement between the clamping point and the passage point of the guide projection, a short, self-contained force system is formed by the adjacent element of the separating slide arrangement, which ensures stable, reliable fixing.
- the adjacent guide element with the opening is formed by the one busbar part itself, which in this respect has an angle.
- the entire clamping force is practically only absorbed by this part of the divided busbar, or the like in a housing. is to be anchored, while the other section of the divided busbar no longer requires any special anchoring. With this configuration, only this section of the divided busbar that absorbs the tension force is provided with an entry slot for the tensioning screw in the region of the isolating slide.
- clamping pieces of the separating slide arrangement can each be designed as a one-piece, simple sheet metal bent parts.
- the isolating slide arrangement shown includes a divided busbar with two busbar pieces 1 and 1b, which are opposite one another in the region of the disconnection point with the ends concerned.
- the isolating slide assembly also includes two above and below the busbar piece 1 b (open position according to FIG. 1) or above and below the two busbar pieces 1 a, 1 (closed position according to FIG. 2) and between the opposite ends of the busbar pieces 1 and 1 Slidable clamping pieces 2a and 2b, which are crossed by a clamping screw 3.
- the upper clamping piece 2a now has a guide projection 4, which in the illustrated embodiment has a rear guide bar is, the clamping piece 2a is formed with the guide bar 4 as a one-piece bent sheet metal part.
- the guide bar 4 is guided in an opening in an adjacent element of the separating slide arrangement.
- the corresponding busbar section 1 of the divided busbar itself forms this element.
- the busbar piece 1 has an upward-pointing leg 5, which has an opening 6 at a corresponding point in which the guide bar 4 is guided.
- the other clamping piece 2b also has an extension, in the exemplary embodiment shown a rear angle piece 7, in the rear short leg of which the rear free end of the guide bar 4 is fixed.
- the clamping piece 2b with the rear angle piece 7 is also designed as a one-piece bent sheet metal part.
- a plug opening 8 is provided, into which the free end of the guide rail 4, after passing through the opening 6 in the leg 5 of the busbar part 1 b, is inserted.
- the two clamping pieces 2a and 2b form via the guide rail 4 and the angular extension piece 7 a stable, self-contained part assembly which, due to the guide rail 4 being guided in the leg 5 of the busbar part 1, reliably and without canting on the busbar part 1 and without any additional measures can be easily pushed onto the affected end of the busbar part 1 in the closed position (FIG. 2).
- the clamping point including the clamping screw 3 and the passage area of the guide bar 4 through the leg 5 of the conductor rail part concerned, forms a self-contained force system which absorbs the clamping force.
- the busbar part 1 needs to be fixed in an adjacent housing area so that it cannot rotate and tilt.
- this busbar part 1 b in its end region in the region of the separation zone with an entry slot 9 for the shaft of the tensioning screw 3.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a separating slide arrangement with two clamping pieces arranged above and below a divided busbar, between the opposite ends of which are arranged displaceably and which are traversed by a clamping screw. In the known isolating slide arrangements, which are often used for terminal blocks (DE 24 30 736 B2), the clamping pieces have in the open position of the clamping screw, i.e. given the possibility of displacement, only inadequate hold and inadequate guidance on the mutually opposite end regions of the divided busbar. Tilting often occurs when moving and it is then difficult to close the cocking slide by pushing the clamping pieces towards the end of the previously unconnected busbar part to be acted on in the closed position. To a limited extent, attempts are being made to remedy this by providing special profiles, in particular in the form of undercuts, for the conductor rail, at least in these end regions and also for the clamping pieces, which considerably complicates the structural design of such bent sheet metal parts and thus makes it more expensive. In the closed position of the isolating slide, not inconsiderable forces are applied to both parts of the divided busbar in the previous configuration when the clamping screw is tightened, with the result that the two busbar parts or the like in a surrounding housing. require a special twist and tilt-proof anchorage. This also complicates and increases the cost of production.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a slide valve arrangement of the generic type which, with a simple structural design, ensures guided, tilt-free movement and reliable fixing of the clamping pieces. The solution according to the invention results from the characterizing part of patent claim 1. The slide gate can be transferred to the closed position without any problems. In an expedient embodiment, the adjacent guide element with the opening is formed by the one busbar part itself, which in this respect has an angle. Thus, the entire clamping force is practically only absorbed by this part of the divided busbar, or the like in a housing. is to be anchored, while the other section of the divided busbar no longer requires any special anchoring. With this configuration, only this section of the divided busbar that absorbs the tension force is provided with an entry slot for the tensioning screw in the region of the isolating slide.
In a further expedient embodiment, the clamping pieces of the separating slide arrangement, one with the guide attachment, the other with the extension for receiving the free end of the guide attachment, can each be designed as a one-piece, simple sheet metal bent parts.
