Sobald aber ein offizieller Auftrag eröffnet wird, wird auch sichergestellt, daß dessen Daten festgehalten werden. Diese Daten können ohne das Einverständnis oder die Zustimmung des Besitzers oder der verantwortlichen Person nicht mehr gelöscht werden. Lediglich bei der Endkontrolle kann die Anzahl der Kopien von der Bedienperson noch reduziert werden. In vorteilhafter Weise geschieht dies jedoch nicht durch eine Tastatur-Eingabe, sondern mit Hilfe eines Strichcode-Lesestiftes, so daß auch hier praktisch eine Manipulation nicht mehr möglich ist. Ebenso kann die Auftragsnummer von der Bedienperson an der Eingabestation über einen Lesestift in das Gerät eingelesen werden. Um bei der Endkontrolle die Arbeit zu erleichtern, könnte auf jede Kopie zumindest ein Teil der an der Eingabestation eingelesenen Auftragsnummer aufgedruckt werden. Dies ermöglicht eine eindeutige Zuordnung der Kopien zu dem jeweiligen Auftrag.The object is achieved by the features described in the characterizing part of the main claim. Um auch hier keine Manipulation zuzulassen, geschieht dies nicht über eine Tastatur-Eingabe, sondern mit Hilfe des Lesestiftes 8. Dies kann entweder dadurch erfolgen, daß der Lesestift über einen Strichcode auf der Rückseite der Kopie geführt wird, der die Auftragsnummer und die Bildnummer enthält, oder es ist ein Tablett mit verschiedenen Strichcodes vorgesehen und die Bedienperson sucht sich den entsprechenden Strichcode zur Preisreduzierung unter der angebotenen Auswahl aus. Claims (7)

  1. Method for monitoring the copying process in photographic copying machines, with which paper images are produced from exposed films, in particular in machines in which a copying unit is combined with a developing unit, characterised in that the copying process can be started only by the reading in of data which denote a particular order - for example of an order number - and that these data are stored together with the copying data and are protected against unauthorized access.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that at the start of each individual order the order number is loaded into the data memory (10) of a price marking unit and an associated data set is opened, on completion of the order copying data - such as e.g. the number of copies made - are transferred into the data set and the data set is corrected after a final check with regard to unsaleable copies.
  3. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that for the final check there is printed on each copy at least a part of the order number.
  4. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that the order number is read in from the corresponding order pocket via a bar code sensor (2) and the data set is after the final check likewise corrected with a bar code sensor (8).
  5. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that a special test data set is opened for test copies.
