Il existe déjà plusieurs systèmes de témoin d'inviolabilité dans le domaine alimentaire, par exemple des systèmes avec une bande de papier collée sur le couvercle de fermeture et le haut du récipient contenant le produit alimentaire. La raison du développement de tels systèmes est la crainte de voir les emballages ouverts par des personnes indélicates, soit pour sciemment y compromettre la stérilité, soit pour y ajouter des produits nocifs à la consommation humaine. La demande de brevet WO-A-9100227, publiée après la date de priorité de la présente demande concerne également un système avec témoin d'inviolabilité, dans lequel il est prévu un cachet positionné à cheval sur la tranche du couvercle et le haut du verre contenant le produit alimentaire. L'inconvénient de ce système est que, lors de l'ouverture, le cachet est cassé et laisse des morceaux multiples qu'il faut prendre garde de jeter rapidement pour qu'ils ne se mélangent pas accidentellement avec le produit alimentaire lui-même. Finalement, la demande de brevet EP-A-0164938 concerne un récipient rigide à vide résiduel avec capsule de fermeture métallique à partie centrale déformable. Sous l'effet du refroidissement, une dépression se crée à l'intérieur du récipient, ce qui provoque la déformation concave de la partie centrale dudit récipient. Lorsque le consommateur veut ouvrir le récipient, il dévisse la capsule de fermeture, ce qui remet l'intérieur du récipient à la pression atmosphérique, la partie centrale de ladite capsule se soulève et dégage ainsi la pastille centrale de l'anneau solidaire de la capsule. Claims (6)
- A rigid container under a residual vacuum comprising a metallic closure cap (5) with a deformable central part (9), characterized in that it comprises a tamper-evident device consisting of a ring (2) integral with the closure cap and a central one-piece insert (3) connected to the ring by at least two connecting lugs (4), the insert (3) being situated above the deformable central part (9) of the closure cap (5), the insert separating from the ring when the closure cap (5) is opened through lifting of the deformable central part.
- A container as claimed in claim 1, characterized in the ring (2) is fixed to the closure cap (5) by bonding.
- A container as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the central insert (3) is connected to the ring by three connecting lugs (4).
- A container as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that one of the connecting lugs (4) is thicker than the other two.
- A container as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the underneath of the central insert comprises a compensating bead (7).
- A container as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the tamper-evident device is made of polystyrene.
