Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne inn récipient rigide à vide résiduel avec capsule de fermeture métallique à partie centrale déformable.
- Il existe déjà plusieurs systèmes de témoin d'inviolabilité dans le domaine alimentaire, par exemple des systèmes avec une bande de papier collée sur le couvercle de fermeture et le haut du récipient contenant le produit alimentaire. La raison du développement de tels systèmes est la crainte de voir les emballages ouverts par des personnes indélicates, soit pour sciemment y compromettre la stérilité, soit pour y ajouter des produits nocifs à la consommation humaine. Le brevet FR 89 08 757 concerne également un système avec témoin d'inviolabilité, dans lequel il est prévu un cachet positionné à cheval sur la tranche du couvercle et le haut du verre contenant le produit alimentaire. L'inconvénient de ce système est que, lors de l'ouverture, le cachet est cassé et laisse des morceaux multiples qu'il faut prendre garde de jeter rapidement pour qu'ils ne se mélangent pas accidentellement avec le produit alimentaire lui-même.
- Le récipient, objet de la présente invention, permet de mettre à disposition du consommateur un système d'inviolabilité propre, pratique, d'usage simple et permettant de garantir inne sécurité maximale au consommateur.
- L'invention concerne un récipient rigide à vide résiduel avec capsule de fermeture métallique à partie centrale déformable, comprenant un témoin d'inviolabilité comportant un anneau solidaire de ladite capsule de fermeture et une pastille centrale en une seule partie reliée audit anneau par au moins 2 pattes d'accrochage, ladite pastille se séparant de l'anneau lors de l'ouverture de la capsule de fermeture.
- Le récipient rigide avec capsule de fermeture métallique à partie centrale déformable est un récipient contenant un produit alimentaire ayant subi une opération engendrant un vide résiduel à l'intérieur dudit récipient. Ce vide résiduel provoque la déformation concave de la partie centrale de la capsule. Le vide résiduel est provoqué par exemple par stérilisation, pasteurisation ou remplissage à chaud. Sous l'effet du refroidissement, une dépression se crée à l'intérieur du récipient, ce qui provoque la déformation concave de la partie centrale dudit récipient. Lorsque le consommateur veut ouvrir le récipient, il dévisse la capsule de fermeture, ce qui remet l'intérieur du récipient à la pression atmosphérique, la partie centrale de ladite capsule se soulève et dégage ainsi la pastille centrale de l'anneau solidaire de la capsule. Il faut bien sûr que les pattes d'accrochage soient suffisamment solides pour ne pas rompre lors de diverses manutentions et suffisamment fines pour que la déformation de la capsule permette une libération totale de la pastille et sa séparation de l'anneau.
- Cet anneau est solidaire de la capsule de fermeture par collage. La colle utilisée peut être de tout type connu dans l'état de la technique. La pastille centrale est reliée à l'anneau par trois pattes d'accrochage. Un nombre supérieur de pattes d'accrochages peut cependant aussi être envisagé, par exemple entre 4 et 8. La pastille centrale peut être circulaire mais aussi de toute autre forme, pourvu que sa forme permette la présence de pattes d'accrochage assurant la liaison avec l'anneau.
- Lors de l'ouverture de la capsule de fermeture, pour pouvoir avoir un effet de basculement de la pastille centrale, on prévoit une patte d'accrochage plus solide que les deux autres.
- Pour être bien sûr que la pastille centrale appuie sur la partie centrale de la capsule de fermeture, on prévoie sur ladite pastille centrale du côté en regard de la capsule de fermeture un talon de compensation. Ce talon permet en outre d'économiser de la matière pour la pastille. Le témoin d'inviolabilité est en polystyrène ou toute autre matière plastique cassante. Ce témoin est fabriqué soit par injection, soit par moulage.
- La suite de la description est faite en référence aux dessins sur lesquels:
- Fig. 1 est une vue de dessus du récipient avec le système d'inviolabilité selon l'invention et
- Fig. 2 est une coupe selon la ligne 2-2 de la Fig. 1.
- Le récipient (6) est fermé par une capsule métallique (5) sur laquelle est collée un témoin d'inviolabilité (1) comportant un anneau (2) et une pastille centrale (3) reliée audit anneau par trois pattes d'accrochage (4). La capsule (5) est vissée sur le bord supérieur du récipient (6) grâce aux bossages (8) et comme le récipient est stérilisé, ladite capsule est bombée vers l'intérieur du récipient. Lorsqu'on ouvre le récipient, la membrane (9) de la capsule (5) exerce une force sur le talon de compensation (7), de sorte que les pattes d'accrochage (4) se cassent, libérant ainsi la pastille centrale (3).
- Il est bien entendu que le témoin d'inviolabilité selon l'invention peut être utilisée avec tout type de récipient comportant une capsule de fermeture ayant une membrane centrale déformable de manière élastique.
