Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Mehrkammerleuchte für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
- - die Lichtscheibe weist eine über die gesamte Leuchtenbreite sich erstreckende, zeilenförmige Struktur auf,
- - ein Lichtscheibenfeld der Mehrkammerleuchte ist mit Rückstrahlern versehen, deren Tripelprismen zeilenförmig angeordnet sind,
- - die Zeilen wechseln zwischen mit Fremdlicht reflektierenden Tripelprismen und tonnen-oder zylinderförmigen Linsen, die eine rechteckige und mit der langen Seite senkrecht stehende Projektionsfläche aufweisen,
- - die Fremdlicht reflektierenden Tripelprismen und die tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen sind auf der Innenseite der Lichtscheibe angeordnet,
- - die Zeilen mit Fremdlicht reflektierenden Tripelprismen und die Zeilen mit den tonnen-oder zylinderförmigen Linsen fluchten mit Zeilen optischer Streuelemente benachbarter Lichtscheibenabschnitte, die die gleiche Zeilenhöhe aufweisen wie die Tripelprismen und tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen, wobei die sich an die tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen zeilenförmig anschließenden Streuelemente ebenfalls als tonnen- oder zylinderförmige Linsen ausgebildet sind,

Aus der DE-PS 33 05 218 ist eine Mehrkammerleuchte für Kraftfahrzeuge bekannt, deren Zeilen sich abwechseln mit Fremdlicht reflektierenden Tripelprismen und Zeilen mit rechteckigen tonnenförmigen Streuelementen, die in ihrer Zeilenhöhe gleiche Abmessungen aufweisen. Diese Höhenabmaße der Zeilen setzen sich fort über die Lichtscheibenabschnitte der benachbarten Kammern und sollen bei einer zeilenmäßig angestrebten Struktur der Optiken eine genügende Lichtausbeute ermöglichen, die im Bereich des Bremslichtes und der Nebelschlußleuchte durch eine vorgeschaltete Optikscheibe unterstützt wird, wobei das Licht auf die entsprechenden tonnenförmigen Streuelemente projiziert wird. In der Zeichnung zeigt Figur 1 den Ausschnitt der Lichtscheibe einer Kammer von einer in Figur 5 dargestellten Mehrkammerleuchte, wobei die mit (1) bezeichneten Zeilen tonnen- oder zylinderförmige Linsen (3) darstellen, die mit (2) bezeichneten Zeilen die aneinandergereihten Kreiskegel (4) und die mit (11) bezeichneten Zeilen die Tripelprismen (12). An den Seiten grenzen die Kreiskegel (4) mit Abflachungen (5) aneinander, wobei jede etwa 1/4 des Grundflächendurchmessers des Kreiskegels ausmacht, so daß die größte optische Wirksamkeit bei der Vertikalabstrahlung des Lichtes zustande kommt. Aus dem in Figur (2) gezeigten Vertikalschnitt A-A ist der Flächenverlauf der tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen (3) gegenüber den kreiskegelförmigen Streuelementen (4) ersichtlich. Der Strahlenverlauf zeigt, daß die vom Reflektor kommenden parallelgerichteten Strahlen (6 und 7) auf die stumpfwinkligen Flächen (10) des Kreiskegels (4) des Winkels (-y '" 148°) fallen und durch diese hinter der Lichtscheibe, bezogen auf die optische Achse (X) bei +5° nach oben und -5° nach unten, abgelenkt werden. Die Parallelstrahlen (8 und 9), die auf die tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen (3) fallen, werden dagegen hinter der Lichtscheibe so gefächert, daß sie einen Winkel von 7,5° um die optische Achse (Y) überstreichend ausfüllen und somit in Verbindung mit den kreiskegeligen Streuelementen (4) die nach ECE-Regelung geforderten Abstrahlwerte nach Intensität und Winkel erfüllen. In Figur 2 wird anschaulich gezeigt, daß die kreiskegeligen Streuelemente (4) vorrangig die Aufgabe haben, die Abstrahlwerte der tonnen- oder zylinderförmigen Linsen (3) in vertikaler Abstrahlebene zu ergänzen und diese besonders im leuchtennahen Bereich zu verstärken. Ein in Figur 4 stark vergrößerter Kreiskegel (4) zeigt die unterschiedlichen Böschungswinkel (α = 16°) des Kreiskegels (4) und (ß) des Kegelstumpfes (11).
