Definitions
- the invention is based on an electromagnetically operated directional valve according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a generic electromagnetically operated directional control valve in which a pressure tube of a magnet accommodates a return spring with the associated spring plate in its interior and the pressure tube has a holder that prevents the spring plate from falling out.
- the pressure tube has a sleeve-shaped section which is used for screwing into the valve housing, so that the magnet can be handled as a complete, preassembled functional unit in order to facilitate its assembly.
- the holder also serves as a stop for a double-acting return device for centering the control slide in its central position.
- an electromagnetically actuated directional control valve is already known from US-A-39 67 648, in which a longitudinally movable control slide can be brought into different switching positions by a reset device and at least one magnet.
- the reset device is designed so that a spring plate and a return spring are assigned to each end face of the control slide, which center the control slide in a central position in a version as a three-position valve and which can be deflected in opposite directions by the actuation of two magnets.
- Each magnet has a pressure tube, in the interior of which an armature is filled with pressure medium.
- a disadvantage of this type of construction is that the return springs and the spring plates are separate components from the valve housing and from the magnets, which have to be treated separately and carefully installed when the magnet is mounted on the valve housing, which increases the assembly effort. When replacing a magnet, such separate parts can also be lost or incorrectly installed.
- this design can have an adverse effect on the overall length of the solenoid valve.
- a solenoid valve is known from DE-C-33 07 554, in which a valve bushing with an annular flange is held captively at the bottom of a magnet housing by flanging. If this magnet housing with valve bushing is assembled with a valve housing, stresses in the components that could otherwise occur due to angular deviations of the longitudinal axes of the magnet and valve bushing are to be avoided. A reset device with spring plate is not provided here.
- the electromagnetically actuated directional control valve according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that it enables a complete, pre-assembled functional unit which with a simple design withstands the requirements in operation better and longer and is more service-friendly. Only static forces act on the bracket from the spring plate when the functional unit is removed; the sudden loads in the switching directional valve are taken up by stable, housing-fixed webs and do not hit the bracket, which can be carried out correspondingly easily. For the spring centering of the control spool in the middle position, stop surfaces lying in the housing are now decisive, which allows easier and easier machining. In addition, this functional unit favors a short overall length of the control slide, on which guide elements are no longer necessary. Furthermore, the functional unit can be used with different valve types and can be manufactured inexpensively.
- FIG. 1 An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description.
- the single figure shows a longitudinal section through part of an electromagnetically actuated directional control valve in a simplified representation.
- the figure shows a longitudinal section through part of an electromagnetically actuated directional valve 10, on the valve housing 11 of which a switching magnet 12 is attached at the end.
- valve housing 11 a longitudinally movable control slide 14 is guided in a slide bore 13, which can assume various switching positions. It should be assumed that the valve housing 11 is part of a 4-way three-position valve known per se, in which the control slide 14 is centered by spring force in the center position shown. For the sake of simplicity, the second magnet of the symmetrically constructed directional control valve 10 is therefore not shown.
- a piston section 15 separates a consumer port 16 from a return chamber 17.
- This return chamber 17 is divided into two by an approximately semi-annular web 18 into an inner chamber 19 and an outer chamber 21 which extends into an end face 22 of the valve housing 11.
- the two annular webs 18 are formed by slots 23 extending in the plane of the drawing, so that on the one hand a good pressure medium connection between the two chambers 19 and 21 is established and on the other hand a piston end 24 of the control slide 14 can be guided without vibration.
- This design of the valve housing 11 is known per se, for. B. from DE-OS 29 43 714.
- the magnet 12 is attached to the end face 22 of the valve housing 11, a pressure tube 25 of the magnet 12 having a sleeve-shaped section 26 being screwed tightly and firmly into the outer chamber 21.
- the pressure tube 25 has in the area of the sleeve-shaped section 26 a cylindrical, recessed recess 31, in the outer area 32 of larger diameter, a spring plate 33 with its externally molded collar 34 is slidably guided. In an inner region 35 of this recess 31, a return spring 36 is guided, which is supported on the one hand on a shoulder 37 of the pressure tube 25 and on the other hand in the spring plate 33.
- the sleeve-shaped section 26 has, at its edge 38 projecting into the return chamber 17, inwardly projecting flare points 39. These flanging points 39 form a holder which holds the spring plate 33 guided in the area 32 and loaded by the return spring 36 captively in the pressure tube 25 when the magnet 12 is removed from the valve housing 11 becomes.
- Spring plate 33 and return spring 36 thus form parts of a return device 41, which is integrated in this way in the pressure tube 25 and forms a functional unit with it.
- the spring plate 33 In the drawn central position of the control slide 14, the spring plate 33 is supported on the one hand on a stop fixed to the housing, which is formed by the half-ring-shaped webs 18; at the same time, the control slide 14 rests on the spring plate 33 with its piston end 24.
- the collar 34 of the spring plate 33 In this central position, the collar 34 of the spring plate 33 is at a distance from the flanging point 39 serving as a holder, so that the control slide 14 is centered in its central position by the return spring 36 and by the other return device in the second magnet (not shown).
- the magnet 12 In order to deflect the control slide 14 to the left, based on the figure, the magnet 12 is actuated so that the armature 28 deflects the control slide 14 via the plunger 29 against the spring force of the restoring device, not shown.
- the spring plate 33 rests unchanged under the force of the spring 36 against its stop 18 fixed to the housing. If, on the other hand, the control slide 14 is deflected to the right by actuating the magnet (not shown), the spring plate 33 is adjusted against the force of the return spring 36 in the direction of the interior 27 of the pressure tube 25. When the magnet is subsequently switched off, the resetting device 41 centers the control slide 14 again in the center position shown.
- the spring plate 33 loaded by the return spring 26 lies against the flanging points 39 after overcoming a limited play stroke and is prevented from falling out by them.
- the reset device 41 is thus captively integrated in the pressure tube 25 and facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the directional valve 10.
- the spring plate 33 and the return spring 36 can be easily and inexpensively in the Pressure pipe 25 are guided. Additional control means for parts of the resetting device 41 can therefore be omitted on the control slide 14 itself.
- the installation of the resetting device 41 in the pressure pipe 25 also favors a short construction of the control slide 14.
- the functional unit comprising the pressure pipe 25 and the reset device 41 can be used with directional control valves for two, three or more switching positions.
- the function of the holder instead of the crimping point 39 shown can also be carried out by caulking, by an insertable snap ring or by comparable measures.
- the magnet can also be a proportional magnet without further ado.

Abstract
