Claims (21)

  1. Schuhsohle mit einem kreuzförmigen Glied, das vorwiegend zwischen den Vorderfuß- und Hinterfußabschnitten der Sohle angeordnet ist, wobei die allgemeinen Richtungen der Linearelemente der Kreuzform schräg in bezug auf die longitudinale Achse der Sohle liegen, die Position, an der sich die Linearelemente der Kreuzform überschneiden, sich im wesentlichen im Gelenk- bzw. Biegeabschnitt (shank portion) der Sohle befindet und die Kreuzform kein Bestandteil eines Gittermusters ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das kreuzförmige Glied ein Spannungsglied (1) ist, in welchem jedes der Linearelemente (2, 3) des kreuzförmigen Spannungsgliedes (1) eine Torsionssteifigkeit besitzt, die ausgewählt ist, um eine hemmende Kraft beim Verdrehen der Sohle zu schaffen, wenn sich ein Schuh, der diese Sohle enthält, im Gebrauch durch einen Träger befindet.
  2. Sohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) im wesentlichen zwischen dem Fersenabschnitt der Sohle und dem flexiblen Vorderfußbereich der Sohle angeordnet ist.
  3. Sohle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) des Spannungsgliedes (1) von einer Position benachbart zum Fersenabschnitt der Sohle aus erstreckt.
  4. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linearelement-Überschneidungswinkel, die bezüglich der Sohle nach vorn (CBE) und nach hinten (ABD) weisen, spitz sind und die Linearelement-Überschneidungswinkel, die bezüglich der Sohle seitwärts weisen (ABE, CBD), stumpf sind.
  5. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überschneidung (B) der Linearelemente (2, 3) im mittleren Drittel der Breite der Sohle im Gelenk- bzw. Biegeabschnitt (shank portion) auftritt.
  6. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) einen integralen Aufbau aufweist.
  7. Sohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) separate Linearelemente umfaßt.
  8. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich eines der Linearelemente (2) vom äußeren Rand (4) der Sohle, benachbart zum Fersenabschnitt, zum mittleren inneren Rand (12) der Sohle hinter dem flexiblen Vorderfußbereich erstreckt, und daß sich das andere Linearelement (3) von einer Position nahe des inneren Randes (12) der Sohle, benachbart zum Fersenabschnitt, zum mittleren äußeren Rand (4) der Sohle hinter dem flexiblen Vorderfußbereich erstreckt.
  9. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) zumindest zu einem der seitlichen Ränder (4, 12) der Sohle erstreckt.
  10. Sohle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) in der Seitenwand (5, 6) der Sohle fortgeführt ist.
  11. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) des Spannungsgliedes (1) eine Spann- oder Zug-Steifigkeit oder -Elastizität besitzt, welche sich von der des anderen Linearelementes (3, 2) unterscheidet, wodurch eine verdrehungshemmende Kraft in der einen Richtung verliehen wird, die sich von der in der anderen Richtung unterscheidet.
  12. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied ein Linearelement (2) umfaßt, das zwischen dem rückwärtigen äußeren Rand (4) und dem vorderen inneren Rand (12) der Sohle geführt ist, und das entworfen ist, um einen Grad an Torsionssteifigkeit zwischen seinen Enden zu schaffen, der größer ist als derjenige des anderen Linearelementes (3).
  13. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) zumindest teilweise in der Außensohle enthalten ist.
  14. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) zumindest teilweise in der Mittelsohle enthalten ist.
  15. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) nicht signifikant nach außen aus der Oberflächenebene der Außensohle hervorsteht.
  16. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) des Spannungsgliedes (1) ein geripptes Oberflächenprofil longitudinal zum Element aufweist.
  17. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) des Spannungsgliedes (1) einen Grad linearer Krümmung aufweist.
  18. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannungsglied (1) als ein integraler Teil des Gelenk- bzw. Biegeabschnitts (shank portion) der Außensohle ausgebildet ist, und worin zumindest der zentrale Teil des Spannungsgliedes von einem Bereich (7, 8) umgeben ist, welcher ein niedrigeres Oberflächenniveau aufweist.
  19. Sohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) des Spannungsgliedes (1) aus einem Material besteht, welches sich von dem des Hauptkörpers der Sohle unterscheidet.
  20. Sohle nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Linearelemente (2, 3) aus einem gefärbten Kern aus einem die erforderliche Torsionssteifigkeit aufweisenden Material besteht, der durch ein klares Kunststoffmaterial eingeschlossen ist.
  21. Sportschuh mit einer Schuhsohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
