- the top view in FIG. 4 shows the side of the airfoil 23 which is placed on the side of the airfoil carrier 15 shown in FIG .
- the locking device has four locking bolts 25a to 25d which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction as locking members, each approximately at a distance from one another of a sixth of the airfoil width from the respective airfoil broad side of the bearing bush 27a to 27d and a further bearing bushing 28a to 28d each arranged on the broad side of the airfoil 23 are displaceable.
- the height of the grippers 19a and 19b is smaller by a tolerance than the height of the bearing bushes 21a, 21b, 27a to 27d, so that the grippers 19a and 19b can be moved between the airfoil carrier 15 and the airfoil 23 .
- the cross connections 29a and 29b are so wide and so deep that the interior of the U-shaped grippers 19a and 19b can reach over them.
- the length of the cross connections 29a and 29b and the position of the bearing bushes 27a to 27d and 28a to 28d are selected such that the ends of the locking bolts 25a to 25d pointing towards the center can be inserted into the bearing bushes 21a and 21b when the airfoil 23 is pressed onto the airfoil carrier 15 are movable in them.
- the edge of the square container filling opening 2 has on its broad sides two holding bushes 31a to 31d designed to match the bearing bushes 28a to 28d and the locking bolts 25a to 25d .
- the container fill opening 2 is in a rear end wall 30 arranged, which is pivotally mounted on a pivot axis 32 on the roof 34 of the collecting container 1 perpendicular to the axis of the refuse collection vehicle.

- the bolt head is secured to the collecting container 1 with a screw spindle, not shown, which can be rotated with a ratchet, not shown.
- the length of the locking bolts 25a to 25d is selected so that the distance between the adjacent ends of the locking bolts 25a and 25b and 25c and 25d in the locked state, by the locking bolts 25a to 25d engaging in the holding bushes 31a to 31d , is greater than a tolerance the length of the bearing bush 21a or 21b, and in the unlocked state, in which the locking bolts 25a to 25d are pulled out of the retaining bushes 31a to 31d to such an extent that the airfoil 23 can be removed from the container fill opening 2 , the adjacent ends of the locking bolts 25a and 25b and 25c and 25d do not collide.
- the loading unit 7 is, as already mentioned above, laterally displaceably attached to the vertical pivot axis 5 .
- the displacement is carried out with a displacement device 4 attached to the rear of the chassis 3 by means of a piston-cylinder unit 33 indicated in FIG . 2.
- the loading mechanism 7 is pivoted by approximately 180 ° after the displacement by a few ten centimeters, preferably by twenty centimeters, about the pivot axis 5 with the aid a hydraulic motor 39 engaging it .
- the lateral displacement of the loading unit 7 relative to the collecting container 1 creates a free space 41 between the latter and the loading unit 7 , which the driver of the refuse collection vehicle can take when reversing the refuse collection vehicle mentioned below allowed to look back through the space 41 with the loader 7 pivoted to the side.
- the hydraulic motor 39 holds the loading unit 7 in its position in the pivoted-out state even when moving.
- a wheel 37 which can be extended against the surface 35 and fully rotatable about its vertical axis and which supports the weight of the pivoted loading unit 7 on the surface 35 .
- Garbage means, among other things, pressable materials, rubbish, cardboard, waste paper, wood chips, compostable green waste, etc.
- the airfoil 23 is fastened on the airfoil carrier 15 in such a way that the locking bolts 25a and 25b and 25c and 25d have one end in the bearing bush 21a and 21b .
- the gripper 19a or 19b sits on the cross connection 19a or 19b.
- the piston cylinder units 17a and 17b are retracted.
- the airfoil 23 closes the container filling opening 2.
- the airfoil 23 with the arms 13a and 13b of the loading bucket 11 is moved over the upper part of the loading unit 7 into the outer lower part of the loading unit 7 , in which the garbage receiving space 6 is located, moves, collects the garbage here and pushes it through the container fill opening 2.
- the refuse collection vehicle travels to a train station as the collection container loading location, as shown in FIG. 5a .
- the airfoil 23 is pressed into the container filling opening 2
- the cob cylinder units 17a and 17b press their respective pistons with the gripper 19a or 19b to the outside.
- the locking bolts 25a to 25d are pushed outwards into the holding bushes 31a to 31d of the container filling opening 2 and out of the bearing bushes 21a and 21b .
- the airfoil 23 is now locked in the container fill opening 2 and unlocked by the airfoil carrier 15 .
- the loading unit 7 is shown in FIG. 1 interlocked with the airfoil carrier 15 (solid representation) and once the container filling opening 2 closed with the airfoil 23 (dashed illustration of the airfoil 23 ).
- the loading mechanism 7 is then unlocked and pushed to the side by the displacement device 4 by twenty centimeters and then pivoted by the hydraulic motor 39 about the pivot axis 5 by 180 ° until the loading mechanism lies next to the collecting container 1, separated from it by the free space 41 .
- the loading unit 7 swung out , as shown schematically in FIGS. 5b and 5c , the refuse collection vehicle moves backwards to a railroad car 43 with the swivel frame 44 already swung out, the collection container 1 is pushed on the slide rails 8a and 8b by the refuse collection vehicle onto the swivel frame 44 of the railcar 43 . If the garbage collection container 1 is located completely on the rotating frame 44, it is pivoted back onto the railway carriage 43 ( FIG. 5d ).
- This loading system is known as the so-called ACTS (roll-off container transport system) at the Swiss Federal Railways.
- the refuse collection vehicle travels to it with the loading plant 7 folded out or in again.
- an empty collecting container 1 the container filling opening 2 of which is closed with a corresponding airfoil 23
- the airfoil carrier 15 is pressed against the airfoil 23 , the grippers 19a and 19b engaging over the cross connections 29a and 29b .
- the piston-cylinder units 17a and 17b pull the grippers 19a and 19b towards the center of the airfoil carrier 15, as a result of which the locking bolts 25a to 25d are inserted into the bearing bushes 21a and 21b of the airfoil carrier 15 .
- the airfoil 23 is now connected to the airfoil carrier 15 .
- the garbage collection vehicle is ready for collecting garbage again.
- the ejection device 46 shown in FIG. 6 has a movable frame 47 on one end side of which the above-mentioned holding device 18 and the piston 48a of a piston-cylinder unit 48 are arranged.
- the ejector 46 is at the 18 end face bearing down the holding device against the pivoted on the railway carriage 43 forward end wall 12 of the collecting container 1 and its location blockert to the collecting container 1, in which the holding device 18 with the holding member 16 forward in the End wall 12 is connected.
- the piston 48a of the piston-cylinder unit 48 is then pressed as a tappet through the opening 14 in the front end wall 12 against the ejection plate 10 and locked with it on a locking element 50 of the ejection plate 10 .
- the end wall 30 is thereby pivoted upward and the waste falls from the collecting container 1 into a collecting basin 49 (or a conveyor device, not shown) of the landfill or the waste incineration plant.
- a collecting basin 49 or a conveyor device, not shown
- the ejection plate 10 is pulled back into its starting position, the collecting container 1 is rotated back together with the rotating frame 44 and the end wall 30 again with the bolt 36 locked on the side of the collecting container and the ejection device 46 unlocked from the collecting container 1 . If all the collecting containers 1 are emptied, they are transported from the landfill or the waste incineration plant back to the depot for empty collecting containers 1 .
- locking levers which are screwed into slots, not shown, in the edge of the container filling opening or in the airfoil can also be used.
- the advantage of the refuse collection vehicle according to the invention lies in the container filler opening, which can already be closed with the loading unit still connected to the collecting container, and which enables the loading unit to be swiveled away quickly without waste being able to fall out of the collecting container.
- the refuse collection vehicle can advantageously be moved a short distance with its loading mechanism pivoted away from the collection container. This enables proper loading of the collection containers on rail wagons.
- the garbage collection process described here makes it possible to deposit the full collection containers in one place or to load them directly onto rail wagons, and then to transport them to a landfill or waste incineration plant if enough collection containers are loaded. In this way, a high level of utilization of the refuse collection vehicles is achieved, since they are only used for collecting refuse and not for long-distance transport of the refuse, which can also be carried out with significantly cheaper and specially equipped vehicles (trains, articulated lorries). Journeys of the refuse collection vehicle between its refuse collection tour and a waste incineration plant located away are completely eliminated. This results in a lower fuel consumption by the refuse collection vehicle, which results in lower pollutant emissions.
- the refuse collection vehicle according to the invention represents an environmentally friendly disposal system.
- the intermediate space 41 between the collecting container 1 and the loading unit 7 pivoted to the side facilitates the backward movement of the refuse collection vehicle and allows the vehicle driver to approach the rotating frame 44 in a targeted manner .
- a loading unit 52 which is designed analogously to the loading unit 7 and also with a displacement device 51 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, is displaced horizontally backwards from a collecting container 54 which is configured analogously to the collecting container 1 and about an arranged in the longitudinal axis 53 of the vehicle Pivot axis 55 can be pivoted.
- the pivot axis 55 is offset from the rear end wall 57 of the collecting container 54 towards the front in the direction of the driver's cab by more than the width of the loading unit 52 .
- a wheel (not shown) which can be extended or folded out on the surface of the guideway is arranged on the loading unit.
- the loading unit 52 is first shifted backward, as shown in FIG. 8 , to such an extent that it can be pivoted about the right or left corner of the collecting container 54 without bumping into it. Then, depending on the available space next to the collecting container 54 , it can then be pivoted into the position A or B shown in dashed lines.

A refuse collection vehicle is known from DE-OS 25 49 243 . The known refuse collection vehicle has a loading mechanism that can be connected and disconnected to an exchangeable collection container. The collecting container is closed on the loading plant side with a flap which also serves as a pressure and closing shovel. The loading unit is coupled by lifting the rear axle of the refuse collection vehicle, the loading unit standing on fold-out supports.
The trouble-free coupling and uncoupling of the loading station, in particular its power supply lines, is complex and therefore time-consuming.
Another refuse collection vehicle is known from DE-OS 28 16 959 . This refuse collection vehicle also has an interchangeable collection container and a loading mechanism that can be swiveled away from the container filling opening. The collecting container is closed at the rear with a flap that can be opened for emptying. To prevent the garbage collection vehicle from tipping over when the loading unit is swung out, support bearings are arranged below the swivel bearings.
This refuse collection vehicle does not allow easy and quick unloading and reloading of the collection container.
The object of the invention is to provide a refuse collection vehicle in which the exchange of the refuse collection container can be carried out simply and quickly.
The solution to the problem is the subject of
The refuse collection vehicle described in

The
The edge of the square
The length of the locking
The
Approximately in the middle of the right-hand side of the loading station there is a
To collect garbage, the
ACTS (Abrollcontainer-Transportsystem) bezeichnet. The
Depending on the distance of a depot for empty collection containers from the loading location, the refuse collection vehicle travels to it with the
If
The
Instead of the locking
The advantage of the refuse collection vehicle according to the invention lies in the container filler opening, which can already be closed with the loading unit still connected to the collecting container, and which enables the loading unit to be swiveled away quickly without waste being able to fall out of the collecting container.
Furthermore, the refuse collection vehicle can advantageously be moved a short distance with its loading mechanism pivoted away from the collection container. This enables proper loading of the collection containers on rail wagons.
The garbage collection process described here makes it possible to deposit the full collection containers in one place or to load them directly onto rail wagons, and then to transport them to a landfill or waste incineration plant if enough collection containers are loaded. The refuse collection vehicle according to the invention represents an environmentally friendly disposal system.
The
Instead of the charging
The
